理论创新和技术进步支撑引领百亿气田建设

【摘要】:"十二五"以来,中国石化西南油气分公司面对日益复杂的勘探开发对象和扭亏创效的巨大挑战,坚持科技创新,发展完善了陆相碎屑岩和海相碳酸盐岩两项勘探理论,形成了生物礁、河道砂岩和致密砂岩等三类气藏开发配套技术,创新发展了智能滑套分段改造工艺、喷封压一体化储层改造工艺、脉冲压裂技术、超深高含硫水平井钻完井及投产关键技术等工程技术。上述理论创新和技术进步有力支撑了四川盆地川西陆相碎屑岩、川西海相碳酸盐岩、川南海相页岩气、川东北元坝海相碳酸盐岩等领域的重大突破,发现了3个千亿立方米级规模天然气商业储量区,探明了2个、建成了3个大中型气田,天然气储产量创历史新高。"十三五"期间,将重点攻关深层海相碳酸盐岩气藏勘探开发、深层页岩气商业开发、高含硫气田安全开发和开发老区气藏提高采收率技术,到"十三五"末天然气年产量力争达到(100~120)×10~8 m~3。
[Abstract]:Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, the Southwest Oil and Gas Branch of Sinopec has been faced with increasingly complex exploration and development objects and enormous challenges of turning losses and creating results. It has persisted in scientific and technological innovation and developed and perfected the exploration theories of continental clastic rocks and marine carbonate rocks. Three types of gas reservoir development matching technologies, such as reef, channel sandstone and tight sandstone, have been formed, and have been innovated and developed, such as intelligent sliding casing segmental reconstruction technology, integral reservoir reconstruction technology of injection sealing and pressure, pulse fracturing technology, etc. Engineering techniques such as drilling and completion of ultra-deep and high sulfur horizontal wells and key technologies for production. The above theoretical innovations and technological advances have been able to support the continental clastic rocks, marine carbonate rocks in western Sichuan Basin, and shale gas in the Sichuan and South China Sea facies. Major breakthroughs in areas such as marine carbonate rocks in Yuanba, northeast Sichuan, have resulted in the discovery of 3 commercial reserves of natural gas on a scale of 300 billion cubic meters, 2 proven and 3 large and medium-sized gas fields. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the exploration and development of deep marine carbonate gas reservoirs, the commercial development of deep shale gas, the safe development of high-sulfur gas fields, and the development of gas reservoirs in old areas to improve oil recovery technology will be key issues. By the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the annual output of natural gas will be as high as 100 ~ 120) 脳 10 ~ (8) m ~ (-1) ~ (3).
