中教未来教育公司轻资产运营研究

【摘要】:民办非学历高等教育机构按照市场化运作,具有事实上的营利性和高度的类企业特性。中教未来教育公司作为一家民办非学历高等教育机构,在无资质、无品牌、无校舍、无师资和无资金的先天缺陷下,果断运用轻资产运营模式,获得了更广阔的生存和发展空间,赢得了华媒控股上市公司青睐,公司价值较账面净资产1,507.78万元增值86,035.48万元,增值率为5,706.11%。论文选取中教未来教育公司轻资产运营进行研究,对该公司轻资产特征表现、轻资产运营相关驱动因素、轻资产运营下商业模式要素设计、运作过程及实施效果,轻资产运营对行业企业发展带来的启示,轻资产运营现存不足及如何改进等问题展开研究。首先,采用实地考察、与高层或相关员工访谈、公司内部卷宗查阅、数据统计分析等研究方法,对该公司轻资产特征进行调研和描述;其次运用波特五力模型、SWOT工具研究该公司在内外竞争环境下轻资产运营的驱动因素;再次在基于朱魏商业模式模型理论基础上构建该公司轻资产运营下商业模式的要素设计、运作过程及实施效果分析框架。从市场定位到企业价值,重点研究轻资产——关键资源和能力运作;关键研究轻资产运营带来的效果——企业价值增值。以上研究过程论证了该公司实行轻资产运营是实现企业价值超速增长的动力之源;商业模式创新是提升公司价值的有效途径。研究得出如下启示:战略整合品牌资源可弥补自身品牌缺陷;掌握招生环节控制行业价值链关键活动;加强供应链管控须集中供应商锁定风险;创造赢利点可聚焦销售终端延长消费期;促进附加值增值可开拓就业服务环节;多元化快速发展可内生增长外延扩张;良好现金流结构可加强财务风险控制,成功启示加深了对轻资产运营的理解。针对该公司轻资产运营的不足之处,论文运用相关理论从培育核心竞争力;夯实自身品牌;创建学习型组织;建立出人才的机制;注重资本运作五个方面提出完善对策,提升了对该公司轻资产运营研究的认识。
[Abstract]:Private non-academic higher education institutions operate in accordance with the marketization, and have the characteristics of being in fact profitable and highly similar enterprises. As a private non-academic higher education institution, the future education company of China Education, as a private non-academic higher education institution, has no qualifications, no brand, no school building, Under the congenital defects of no teachers and no funds, the decisive use of the light assets operation model has gained a broader living and development space, and won the favor of the Chinese media holding listed companies. The company's value has increased by 86, 354,800 yuan over the book value of 1, five million seventy-seven thousand and eight hundred yuan in net assets. The value added rate is 5% 706.11. The paper studies the light assets operation of the future education company, including the characteristics of the light assets, the driving factors of the light assets operation, the design of business model elements, the operation process and the effect of the light assets operation. The enlightenment of light asset operation to the development of industry and enterprise, the existing deficiency of light assets operation and how to improve it are studied. The research methods, such as data statistics and analysis, are used to investigate and describe the characteristics of light assets of the company. Secondly, the driving factors of light assets operation in the environment of internal and external competition are studied by using Porter's five-force model and SWOT tools. Thirdly, on the basis of Zhu Wei's business model theory, the paper constructs the analysis framework of the elements design, operation process and implementation effect of the business model under the light assets operation of the company, from the market orientation to the enterprise value. Focus on light assets-key resources and capacity operation; key research light assets operation effect-enterprise value added. The above research process demonstrates that the implementation of light assets operation is the driving force to achieve the excessive growth of enterprise value; Business model innovation is an effective way to enhance the value of the company. The research draws the following enlightenment: strategic integration of brand resources can make up for their brand defects, master the recruitment link to control the key activities of the industry value chain; To strengthen supply chain management, we should focus on the risk of suppliers, create profit points and focus on sales terminal to extend the consumption period, promote value-added value to open up employment service links, diversify rapid development can expand endogenous growth extension; The good cash flow structure can strengthen the financial risk control, the successful enlightenment has deepened the understanding to the light assets operation. In view of the deficiency of the light assets operation of the company, the paper uses the related theory to cultivate the core competitiveness, to consolidate its own brand; The establishment of learning organization, the establishment of a talent mechanism, and the improvement of the capital operation in five aspects improve the understanding of the research on the light assets operation of the company.
