开企公司核心竞争力构建研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术与社会经济的进一步发展,以互联网为依托的中小企业如雨后春笋般发展起来,它们为社会经济的发展贡献了非常巨大的力量,吸引了行业内外的广泛关注。但是,企业发展的诸多问题都成为了中小企业在发展壮大的拦路虎。这些问题致使企业很难存续,更谈不上长久的发展。经过调查研究发现,这些很难发展起来的互联网中小企业往往是因为没有持久的核心竞争力。所以要想解决这一问题,必须要让中小企业学会如果构建自己的核心竞争力。目前学术界对于大型企业核心竞争力理论研究较多,实际经验也较为丰富,但是针对发展迅速生命周期较短的中小企业核心竞争力构建理论的研究很少。在这种背景下,如何构建互联网中小企业的核心竞争力成了非常重要的课题。本文主要从企业战略角度对开企公司的核心竞争力进行理论研究。首先是对开企公司的核心竞争力现状的调查分析,其次对开企公司核心竞争力的主要元素进行评价分析,最后是给出开企公司核心竞争力构建给出思路和合理化建议。本文运用定性与定量相结合的方法对核心竞争力进行科学评价,论文的结果切合实际,具有参考价值;并运用波特五力模型对行业竞争环境进行分析;根据前两者的分析识别出核心竞争力影响因素并提出构建开企公司核心竞争力的思路与对策。经过对开企公司所处的内外环境以及核心竞争力决定因素的全面分析,得出结论:造成开企公司经营业绩严重下滑的主要原因是开企公司缺少核心竞争力,使公司无法在竞争残酷的市场中获取长久优势。开企公司想要摆脱所面临的种种困境,需从构建自己的核心竞争力着手。针对这一结论给出了构建开企公司核心竞争力的思路:1、制定企业核心的战略规划;2、营造企业文化实施人本管理;3、通过技术创新,构建企业核心竞争力;4、构建核心制度,实现企业规范化运作;5、提高市场预见及应对能力。根据思路给出合理化建议:1、转变思想,提出企业发展核心战略;2、重建管理体系;3、加强技术研发及创新能力;4、改变人力资源策略;5、构建企业文化。
[Abstract]:With the further development of information technology and social economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises relying on the Internet have sprung up, and they have contributed a great deal of power to the development of social economy. It has attracted wide attention from both inside and outside the industry. However, many problems in the development of enterprises have become a hindrance to the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. These problems make it difficult for enterprises to survive, let alone develop for a long time. These Internet small and medium-sized enterprises, which are difficult to develop, often because they do not have lasting core competitiveness. So to solve this problem, It is necessary for small and medium-sized enterprises to learn how to build their own core competitiveness. At present, there are more academic researches on the core competitiveness of large enterprises and more practical experience. However, there is little research on the construction theory of the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises, which has a short life cycle of rapid development. How to construct the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises on the Internet has become a very important subject. This paper mainly studies the core competence of the enterprises from the angle of enterprise strategy. First of all, it is the core competitiveness of the enterprises. The investigation and analysis of the present situation, Secondly, it evaluates and analyzes the main elements of the core competence of the company. In the end, the author gives some ideas and reasonable suggestions on how to construct the core competence of a company. This paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the core competence scientifically. The results of this paper are practical and have reference value. And use Porter's five-force model to analyze the competition environment of the industry; According to the analysis of the former two factors, this paper identifies the influencing factors of the core competence and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to construct the core competence of the company. After a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment and the determinants of the core competence of the company, It is concluded that the main reason for the serious decline in the operating performance of the companies is the lack of core competitiveness, which prevents them from gaining a lasting advantage in a ruthless competitive market. The companies want to get rid of the difficulties they face. In view of this conclusion, the author puts forward the idea of constructing the core competence of the company, making the strategic plan of the core of the enterprise and building the enterprise culture to carry out the humanistic management. To construct the core competence of enterprises, to construct the core system, to realize the standardized operation of enterprises, to improve the market foresight and the ability to deal with it. The paper puts forward the core strategy of enterprise development, the reconstruction of management system, the strengthening of technological research and development and innovation ability, the change of human resource strategy, and the construction of enterprise culture.
