石化企业供应链企业间协同优化模型研究

【摘要】:近年来,石化企业的生产规模、工艺复杂度以及信息化建设水平均有大幅提升,同时多变的市场需求、严格的环保要求也对石化生产过程提出了更高要求。石化企业供应链系统能够将生产网络中的供应商、生产企业、分销商、市场客户等组份进行关联和整合;促进生产信息在企业之间流动,帮助企业更好地决策生产方案,构建多企业集成优化系统。然而现有的石化企业供应链体系中,集成优化往往局限于大型石化集团内部,无法在相互独立运营的多个生产企业之间应用和拓展。针对现有生产、研究中的困境,本文将石化企业之间的生产信息、生产设备、计划方案、利益和风险等核心生产要素进行集成、共享和配置,构建企业间协同优化模型,致力于增加供应链的生产价值和经济效益。首先,本文针对石化企业间系统集成、生产能力的相关问题,提出了一种集成建模的方法,建立了基于混合整数线性规划(MILP)的集成优化数学模型。随着应用场景的进一步拓展,协同优化参与方的企业数量、规模和复杂度不断增加,本文随之提出了一种石化企业的资源共享模型,该资源共享模型能够将石化企业供应链中的冗余、闲置资源进行共享和租赁,促进生产资源在供应链网络中流动,从而提升资源利用率,盘活市场资源。本文的主要研究内容包括:(1)综述了石化企业供应链管理、企业级优化的研究现状。学术界和工业界的共识是:企业级优化是石化企业供应链研究和工业应用的重要方向之一。企业之间通过信息、资源的集成和共享方式,可以增加供应链系统中资源的利用率,实现经济效益的增加。(2)提出了 一种基于混合整数线性规划(MILP)的集成优化模型。在一定的供应链协作前提条件下,该优化模型适用于石化企业之间的协同优化,并包括了集成生产系统拓扑结构的构建方法以及生产方案的计划优化决策模型。案例以独立运营的炼油厂和烯烃厂作为研究对象,分别考虑了市场需求平稳、萎缩和旺盛三种不同的初始市场情况。案例实践表明,石化企业之间的集成优化有助于资源的优化配置,降低存储成本,提升经济效益。(3)提出了石化企业供应链系统的资源共享模型。该资源共享模型能够摆脱地理位置的限制,支持生产资源基于生产网络灵活配置,从而盘活供应链中的冗余闲置资源。该资源共享模型包括资源分类模型,资源共享平台以及效益评估模型三个组成部分。仿真计算案例表明,资源共享的生产方式能够帮助企业灵活配置产能,适应短期市场波动,相对于自建资源、生产外包等其他生产方式具有一定的成本优势最后,文章总结了现有的研究内容,对未来具有潜在价值的研究方向和领域进行了思考和展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of production, the complexity of process and the level of information construction of petrochemical enterprises have been greatly improved, and the market demand is changeable. Strict environmental protection requirements also put forward higher requirements for petrochemical production process. The supply chain system of petrochemical enterprises can link and integrate suppliers, production enterprises, distributors, market customers and other components in the production network; To promote the flow of production information among enterprises, to help enterprises to make better decisions on production schemes and to build multi-enterprise integrated optimization systems. However, in the existing supply chain system of petrochemical enterprises, integration optimization is often limited to the internal of large petrochemical groups. It can not be applied and expanded among multiple production enterprises that operate independently of each other. In view of the difficulties existing in the production and research, this paper presents the production information, production equipment and planning scheme among petrochemical enterprises. The core factors of production, such as benefits and risks, are integrated, shared and configured, and the cooperative optimization model among enterprises is constructed to increase the production value and economic benefit of supply chain. Firstly, this paper aims at system integration among petrochemical enterprises. In this paper, an integrated modeling method is proposed, and an integrated optimization mathematical model based on mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is established. With the increasing of scale and complexity, this paper proposes a resource sharing model for petrochemical enterprises, which can share and lease the redundant and idle resources in the supply chain of petrochemical enterprises. Promote the flow of production resources in the supply chain network, thereby improve the utilization of resources, activate market resources. The main research contents of this paper include: (1) the supply chain management of petrochemical enterprises is summarized. The research status of enterprise optimization. The consensus of academia and industry is that enterprise optimization is one of the important directions of supply chain research and industrial application in petrochemical enterprises. This paper presents an integrated optimization model based on mixed integer linear programming (MILP). The optimization model is suitable for collaborative optimization among petrochemical enterprises, and includes the construction method of topology structure of integrated production system and the planning optimization decision model of production scheme. The case study is based on the independent operation of refineries and olefins plants. Three different initial market conditions, namely steady market demand, shrinking market and exuberant market, are considered respectively. The case study shows that the integration optimization among petrochemical enterprises is helpful to optimize the allocation of resources and reduce the storage cost. The resource sharing model of supply chain system in petrochemical enterprises is put forward, which can get rid of the limitation of geographical location and support the flexible configuration of production resources based on production network. The resource sharing model consists of three parts: resource classification model, resource sharing platform and benefit evaluation model. The resource-sharing mode of production can help enterprises to allocate production capacity flexibly, adapt to short-term market fluctuations, and have certain cost advantages over other modes of production, such as self-built resources, production outsourcing and so on. Finally, this paper summarizes the existing research contents. The research direction and field with potential value in the future are considered and prospected.
