中资企业在越南跨国经营的现状与对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着越南加入WTO,逐渐开放国际市场,越来越多的跨国企业开始进驻越南。而越南的政治环境较为稳定,经济基础良好,劳动力也十分低廉,同时作为中国的邻邦,越南一直以来与中国保持着睦邻友好,开放互促的合作关系,是中国实施“走出去”战略的重要目的地。但是由于越南法律政策变动频繁、政府违约风险高、各国对越南市场份额的争夺、通货膨胀的影响、高素质人才短缺等原因,导致目前中资企业在越南投资仍存在不少问题和困境。本文在文献梳理的基础上,对越南的投资环境以及中资企业在越南投资发展遇到的问题与挑战进行了分析,并通过案例分析,进一步有针对性地提出了未来中资企业在越南投资的对策。首先要从政治方面着手,及时了解越南的经济政策,建立和完善中国境外投资法律、法规,增强中-越双方领导之间的会晤,完善现有的信息服务系统等。其次要从经济方面着手,合理选择投资产业,选择恰当的投资方式,采用本土化战略,采取多样化的投资模式等。再次要从社会的角度着手,建立中国企业到越南投资的风险基金,尊重当地风俗习惯,承担必要的社会责任,懂得与媒体打交道。然后要从人才本地化方面着手,加强对本地员工的培训问题、实际了解当地情况、密切与当地居民联系。最后要从与日韩企业竞争的方面着手,树立中国品牌形象,注重产品和服务质量,着眼企业长期发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with Vietnam's entry into the WTO, and gradually opening up the international market, more and more multinational enterprises have begun to enter Vietnam. Vietnam's political environment is relatively stable, its economic base is good, its labor force is very cheap, and it is also a neighboring country of China. Vietnam has always maintained good-neighborly, open and mutually promoting cooperative relations with China, which is an important destination for China's "going out" strategy. However, due to frequent changes in Vietnam's laws and policies, the risk of government default is high. There are still many problems and difficulties in the investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam due to the competition for market share in Vietnam, the influence of inflation and the shortage of high-quality talents. This paper analyzes the investment environment of Vietnam and the problems and challenges encountered by Chinese enterprises in Vietnam. Further targeted measures have been put forward for Chinese enterprises to invest in Vietnam in the future. First of all, it is necessary to start from the political point of view, understand Vietnam's economic policies in a timely manner, and establish and improve the laws and regulations governing China's overseas investment. Strengthening the meeting between the leaders of China and Vietnam, perfecting the existing information service system, etc. Secondly, we should start from the economic aspect, rationally select the investment industry, choose the appropriate investment mode, and adopt the localization strategy. To adopt diversified investment models, etc. Once again, it is necessary to set up a venture fund for Chinese enterprises to invest in Vietnam from a social perspective, respect local customs and habits, and undertake the necessary social responsibilities. Know how to deal with the media. Then we should start with the localization of talents, strengthen the training of local employees, actually understand the local situation, and keep in close touch with local residents. Finally, we should start from the aspect of competition with Japanese and Korean enterprises. Establish China's brand image, focus on the quality of products and services, focusing on the long-term development of enterprises.
