富士康公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:世界经济在快速发展,中国经济也正积极进行结构调整与转型。强大的制造业对基建、就业以及人均国内生产总值(GDP)等方面都有重大的影响,是经济繁荣发展的未来之路。2015年中国领导人指出,当今信息产业主导世界经济发展,在这个新的时代,推动人类社会发展的动力主要来自科技创新,提出了“互联网+”就是未来知识社会与信息技术推动下互联网新的演进与发展形态。富士康公司作为制造业的一员,过去在科技制造业上确实取得了一定的成绩,以给原始设备大型厂商代理设计和代理制造作为主要营运模式,主要特色是低成本和依靠规模经济。随着全球化带来的产业分工与结构的快速改变,富士康需要重新思考新的战略和运营模式,来适应未来的发展形势。富士康要随着中国的发展和国内的产业结构调整,来提升自己和调整自己,迎接转型挑战。唯有控制量的扩充,提升质的水平,抓住战略机遇,才能更快、更好地实现富士康的战略转型目标。本论文先总结富士康现有战略存在的问题,再根据现实环境状况进行全面分析,得出适合富士康长期发展的新战略。论文的架构在弗雷德·戴维的战略管理模型指导下构建,分别运用了五力竞争模型、外部因素评价矩阵(EFE)、内部因素评价矩阵(IFE),对内外部的环境进行了全面分析,再运用SWOT矩阵和定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM),进行战略分析和选择,最终提出公司的总体发展智能制造战略。此战略以市场需求为导向,围绕客户这个核心点,用数据信息驱动整个商业活动中的各个运作环节,让各环节智能抉择出最佳化的运行方式,达到最优的结果,让各环节价值最大化。此战略主要表现在以下三方面:(1)发展智能制造低成本策略——依靠科学技术的变革,来提高制造的效率,产品的质量和优质的服务来占据竞争优势。(2)业务多元化策略——公司大力发展金融、交通、物流、零售、生技、医疗、生活等多种服务。(3)产业价值链双向延伸一体化策略——提高买方价值,并创造新的需求,让价值链变得更长。整合上下游,给客户提供一站式全包式服务。在确定了公司发展战略之后,本文提出了战略实施和控制以及相关保障措施。本论文的研究成果不仅可以为富士康的生存和发展提供指导和建议,而且可以为国内其他电子制造服务企业的升级转型提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of world economy, Chinese economy is also actively carry out structural adjustment and transformation. Strong manufacturing industry for infrastructure, employment and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) has a significant impact on China is leaders of economic prosperity and development of the road to the future.2015 years pointed out that today's information industry leading the world economic development, in in this new era, the power to promote the development of human society is mainly from the innovation of science and technology, put forward the "Internet plus" is the future of the knowledge society and information technology to promote the evolution and development of new Internet form. Foxconn company as a member of the manufacturing industry, the past in the science and technology manufacturing industry has achieved certain results, in order to give the original equipment design and manufacturing of large manufacturers agent agent as the main mode of operation, the main feature is the low cost and rely on economies of scale. With the globalization of the industrial division and The rapid change of the Foxconn needs to rethink the strategy and operation mode, to adapt to the future development of the situation. With the development of Foxconn Chinese and domestic industrial structure adjustment, to improve and adjust themselves to meet the challenge. Only control the amount of expansion transformation, enhance quality level, seize the strategic opportunity to faster, better realize the strategic transformation of Foxconn. This paper first summarizes the existing Foxconn current strategy, according to the practical conditions of the comprehensive analysis, the new strategy for Foxconn's long-term development. The construction of the strategic management model under the guidance of Fred David, the competition model are used, the external factors evaluation matrix (EFE), internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), the internal and external environment are analyzed, and then using the SWOT matrix and the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) , strategic analysis and selection, finally put forward the overall development of intelligent manufacturing company strategy. This strategy guided by the market demand, around the core customers, drive each link of the whole operation of the business activities of the data information, make each link of intelligent choice operation way optimization, to achieve optimal results, make each link to maximize the value. This strategy is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: (1) the development of intelligent manufacturing low cost strategy -- depending on the change of science and technology, to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality and quality service to occupy the competitive advantage. (2) business diversification strategy -- led to the development of the financial, transportation and logistics. Retail, biotech, medical, life and other services. (3) the industry value chain integration strategy to improve two-way extension buyer value, and create new demand for value chain becomes longer. The integration of upstream and downstream, to Provide one-stop package service to customers. After determining the company's development strategy, this paper puts forward the strategic implementation and control and the related security measures. The research results of this paper can not only provide guidance and advice for the survival and development of Foxconn, but also can provide a reference for the transformation of other domestic electronics manufacturing industry upgrade.
