【摘要】:本文作者认为,领导力可以从对内对外两方面概述,对内即对自己的认知,了解自己的能力,明确自己希望成为什么样的人和组织希望我成为什么样的人,在领导岗位学习和锻炼组织与沟通的能力,并能够给自己和团队制定明确的前进目标,在团队中树立领导榜样;对外则是强调对领导他人的影响力,一个优秀的领导者,要能够了解成员的能力和意愿的水平,给成员安排合适的岗位,能够根据他们特点采取不同的领导方法,制定相应的激励机制,获得团队成员的信任并带领他们实现组织目标。领导力的开发是一个体系化的课程,要清楚每一位管理者的特性,培养纵向贯穿的综合领导能力,领导不只是一个称谓,更是一名优秀的对公司战略分解执行的强有力执行者。领导力的开发并不单纯的只针对高层管理者,也应在全员中培养领导能力和领导意识,要注重发挥中层人员的管理潜能。中层管理人员是组织发展的中流砥柱,怎样激发这些人员的潜能提升他们的领导力,需要寻找新的路径,是很有必要的研究课题。本文将以领导力的情境理论为主要依据,结合笔者在领导能力提升方向上的亲身经历,对企业中层领导者的管理能力开发应用进行深入探讨,从对自我的认知、提高领导的组织沟通能力、制定团队发展目标、为下属安排合适的岗位、采用适合的领导风格、制定合适的激励机制这六个方面分析阐述HJ科技公司领导力开发实施过程中存在的问题并验证我们提升领导力开发手段的正确性。
[Abstract]:The author believes that leadership can be summarized from both internal and external perspectives, that is, to understand one's own knowledge, to understand one's own ability, to know what one wants to be and what kind of person the organization wants me to be. Learn and develop organizational and communication skills in leadership positions, and be able to set clear goals for yourself and your team and set a leadership example in the team. They should be able to understand the level of competence and willingness of their members, arrange suitable posts for their members, adopt different leadership methods according to their characteristics, and formulate appropriate incentive mechanisms. Building the trust of team members and leading them to organizational goals. Leadership development is a structured course that identifies the characteristics of every manager and develops a comprehensive leadership capability that runs through the vertical. Leadership is more than just a term. The development of leadership is not only aimed at the senior management, but also should cultivate leadership and leadership awareness among the whole staff. The middle managers are the mainstay of the development of the organization. How to stimulate the potential of these people to enhance their leadership needs to find a new way. Based on the situational theory of leadership and the personal experience of the author in the direction of leadership improvement, this paper will deeply discuss the development and application of the management ability of the middle-level leaders in enterprises. From self-awareness, improve leadership organizational communication skills, formulate team development goals, arrange suitable posts for subordinates, adopt appropriate leadership style, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of leadership development in HJ Science and Technology Company from the six aspects of appropriate incentive mechanism and verifies the correctness of our means of improving leadership development.
