【摘要】:近年来,我国汽车产业发展迅速,且为推动国民经济的发展作出了重大贡献。作为汽车企业生产经营的重要组成部分,汽车零部件的采购不仅关系着汽车产品的质量,而且对于汽车企业和产业的整体发展也具有重要影响。经济全球化下,汽车市场的竞争日益激烈,产业的国际化程度也呈现出逐渐增加的变化趋势,而汽车产业发展模式的全球化也对其零部件采购战略提出了更高的要求,传统的基于本国既有资源的零部件采购模式在产品的质量、性能等方面难以形成与国际汽车行业零部件采购的有效竞争,在此背景下,汽车企业零部件全球范围内资源的重新配置及其全球采购战略的制定与实施已势在必行。本文以我国著名汽车制造公司一汽大众汽车有限公司作为主要研究对象,通过对与本课题相关的比较优势、资源配置等理论进行分析,进而对一汽大众汽车零部件的采购现状和采购过程中存在的问题展开了深入研究,在结合其零部件采购战略环境和影响因素的基础上,对一汽大众汽车零部采购战略的内容和实施途径作出了系统探究。文章具体研究内容如下:首先,对本课题的研究背景、意义、内容和方法予以说明,并对与本课题相关的理论和前人既有研究成果进行总结和归纳;其次,对一汽大众汽车零部件采购的现状和问题进行分析;再次,对当前一汽大众企业零部件采购的战略环境和影响因素作出了研究,其中,汽车环境包括了国内、国外两方面,而零部件产业战略地位则通过零部件与整车的关系及其产业的战略地位予以说明;而后,对对一汽大众汽车零部件全球采购的战略目标、战略重点、阶段划分和基本模式进行分析,在此基础上,对其零部件全球采购战略的实施途径展开深入研究;最后,对本课题研究的结论和不足进行说明并对一汽大众零部件采购战略的发展方向进行展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the automobile industry of our country has developed rapidly, and has made a great contribution to the development of national economy. As an important part of the production and operation of automobile enterprises, the purchase of automobile parts is not only related to the quality of automobile products. It also has an important impact on the overall development of automobile enterprises and industries. Under the economic globalization, the competition in the automobile market is becoming increasingly fierce, and the degree of internationalization of the industry is gradually increasing. The globalization of automobile industry development mode also puts forward higher request to its parts purchasing strategy. The traditional parts purchasing mode based on the existing resources of our country is in the quality of products. Performance and other aspects are difficult to form effective competition with the international auto industry parts procurement, in this context, It is imperative to reconfigure the global resources of auto parts and to make and implement the global purchasing strategy. In this paper, FAW Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd, a famous automobile manufacturing company in China, is the main research object. Through the analysis of the comparative advantage and the theory of resource allocation related to this subject, the paper makes a deep research on the purchasing status of FAW Volkswagen parts and the problems existing in the purchasing process. Based on the environment and influencing factors of the purchasing strategy of parts and components, this paper makes a systematic research on the content and implementation of the zero-part purchasing strategy of FAW Volkswagen. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: first, the research background of this subject. Significance, content and methods to explain, and related to the subject of the theory and previous existing research results are summarized and summarized; secondly, FAW Volkswagen parts procurement status and problems are analyzed; third, This paper studies the strategic environment and influencing factors of FAW-VW parts procurement. Among them, the automobile environment includes two aspects: domestic and foreign. The strategic position of the parts industry is explained by the relationship between the parts and the whole vehicle and the strategic position of the industry. Then, the strategic goal and strategic focus of the global procurement of FAW Volkswagen parts and components are discussed. On the basis of the analysis of the phase division and the basic model, the paper makes a deep study on the implementation of the global procurement strategy of its parts and components. The conclusion and deficiency of this research are explained and the development direction of FAW Volkswagen parts purchasing strategy is prospected.
