供电企业心本管理的探索与实践

【摘要】：正近年来,国网衢州供电公司在经历了理性管理理念主导的高速发展阶段后,在新的社会环境与发展时期中,面临着企业管理中怎样顺人心、企业改革中怎样稳人心、企业发展中怎样聚人心等亟待解决的新课题。为此,衢州公司引入先进的"心本管理"理念,针对企业面临的实际困难和难题,努力探索"心本管理"实践模式,为有效解决现阶段企业发展难题提供了一次有益探索经验。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Quzhou Power supply Company has experienced a high speed development stage dominated by rational management idea. In the new social environment and development period, Quzhou Power supply Company is faced with how to follow the people's heart in the enterprise management and how to stabilize the people in the enterprise reform. Therefore, Quzhou Company introduces the advanced idea of "heart-oriented management", aiming at the practical difficulties and difficulties faced by enterprises, and tries its best to explore the practical mode of "heart-oriented management". It provides a beneficial exploration experience for solving the problem of enterprise development.
