互联网企业风险资本融资方式对高新技术企业的启示

【摘要】：风险资本是一种特殊形式的资本投资方式,为企业发展提供资金支持。经济的快速发展,互联网企业的迅猛产生,高回报、高风险的特性,都符合风险资本的运作机制,吸引了众多风险投资者的积极加入,产生了很多成功的互联网企业。而互联网企业属于高新技术企业,互联网企业风险资本应用的发展促进了中小高新技术企业的发展,借鉴国外先进的风险理论,我国中小高新技术企业的发展取得了有效的成果,产生了巨大的影响。本文首先从风险资本的发展历程出发,阐述了风险资本相关理论,结合互联网企业的特点,分析互联网企业利用风险资本的必要性。通过对互联网企业风险资本的应用,分析互联网企业风险资本的运作机制,进一步推广到高新技术企业风险资本的应用及发展。结合阿里巴巴成功吸收风险资本因素,亿唐公司风险资本的失败教训,总结互联网企业风险资本经验,中小高新技术企业可借鉴其经验启示,在技术创新、改善管理制度、建立关系网络等方面的影响,提出高新技术企业应结合国情、加强内部融资力度和信息传递机制、重视无形资产、充分利用我国融资体系,各级政府应加强支持力度,从制度上保障中小高新技术企业融资的建议。
[Abstract]:Venture capital is a special form of capital investment, which provides financial support for the development of enterprises. The rapid development of economy, the rapid production of Internet enterprises, the characteristics of high return and high risk, all accord with the operating mechanism of venture capital. It has attracted many venture investors to join in actively, and produced many successful Internet enterprises. Internet enterprises belong to high-tech enterprises, and the development of venture capital application of Internet enterprises has promoted the development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. Using the advanced risk theory of foreign countries for reference, the development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in China has achieved effective results and has had a great impact. This paper begins with the development process of venture capital, and expounds the related theory of venture capital. According to the characteristics of Internet enterprises, this paper analyzes the necessity for Internet enterprises to use venture capital. Through the application of venture capital of Internet enterprises, the operation mechanism of venture capital of Internet enterprises is analyzed. To further promote the application and development of venture capital in high-tech enterprises. Combining Alibaba's successful absorption of venture capital factors, the failure lessons of venture capital in Yitang Company, and summarizing the experience of venture capital in Internet enterprises, The small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises can draw lessons from their experiences and enlighten them on the influence of technological innovation, improvement of management system, establishment of relationship networks, etc. It is suggested that high-tech enterprises should strengthen their internal financing and information transmission mechanism in the light of their national conditions. To attach importance to intangible assets and make full use of China's financing system, governments at all levels should strengthen their support to ensure the financing of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.
