产业集群环境、标准竞争与群内企业绩效的关系实证研究

【摘要】：随着全世界经济的发展,我国加快了与一些发达国家的贸易往来步伐。近年来,发达国家的大中型公司依靠技术标准垄断这一新途径获得国际市场的垄断地位。我国企业由于受到发达国家核心技术封锁,再加上企业自身创新研发能力相对较弱,迫使我国企业必须向国外公司缴纳高额专利费,才能获得一些过时非核心的技术,我国企业普遍处于价值链低端水平。产业集群作为提升群内企业竞争力的重要载体,而标准化作为产业结构调整升级的关键举措,两者之间相辅相成。然而,目前关于产业集群环境、标准竞争与群内企业绩效的关系这方面研究涉及的还比较少,产业集群环境、标准竞争能否对群内企业绩效产生影响,产业集群环境又是怎么通过标准竞争来提高群内企业绩效的,这些都有待于进一步探究。因此,本研究将探讨产业集群环境、标准竞争与群内企业绩效之间的关系。本文首先对产业集群环境、标准竞争以及企业绩效相关的文献进行梳理,并在此基础上提出本文的理论模型和研究假设,然后对产业集群内的企业,尤以标准化试点企业的管理者进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0软件对所搜集的问卷数据进行统计分析,验证了理论假设并得出了研究结论:第一,产业集群环境对群内企业绩效的提升有正向促进作用;第二,产业集群环境对企业参与标准竞争活动有正向促进作用;第三,标准竞争对群内企业绩效的提升有正向促进作用;第四,标准竞争在产业集群环境与企业绩效之间起着中介作用。针对研究结论提出以下管理建议:政府充分发挥政策供给作用,打造产业集群政策优势;整合集群资源,促进创新要素在企业间合理流动;加强基于信任、合作的集群文化环境建设;加强市场环境的规范性,警惕市场环境风险;构建产业联盟,主动树立标准竞争意识。最后,提出了本研究的局限性及展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, China has quickened its trade with some developed countries.In recent years, large and medium-sized companies in developed countries rely on the new way of technical standard monopoly to gain the monopoly position in the international market.Because our enterprises are blocked by the core technologies of developed countries, coupled with the relatively weak innovation and R & D capabilities of enterprises themselves, Chinese enterprises have to pay high patent fees to foreign companies in order to obtain some outdated non-core technologies.Chinese enterprises are generally at the low end of the value chain.Industrial cluster is an important carrier to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster, and standardization is a key measure in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, which complement each other.However, there are few researches on the relationship between the standard competition and the performance of the enterprises in the cluster environment, and whether the standard competition can affect the performance of the enterprises in the cluster.How to improve enterprise performance through standard competition in industrial cluster environment needs to be further explored.Therefore, this study will explore the relationship between industrial cluster environment, standard competition and intra-group enterprise performance.This paper firstly combs the literature about industrial cluster environment, standard competition and enterprise performance, and then puts forward the theoretical model and research hypothesis of this paper, and then analyzes the enterprises in industrial cluster.In particular, the managers of standardized pilot enterprises conduct questionnaires, and use SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 software to carry out statistical analysis of the collected questionnaire data, verify the theoretical assumptions and draw the conclusions: first,The industrial cluster environment has a positive effect on the improvement of enterprise performance in the cluster; second, the industrial cluster environment has a positive role in promoting the participation of enterprises in standard competition activities; third, standard competition has a positive role in promoting the performance of enterprises in the cluster.Fourth, standard competition plays an intermediary role between industrial cluster environment and enterprise performance.In view of the conclusions of the study, the following management suggestions are put forward: the government should give full play to the role of policy supply, create the policy advantages of industrial clusters, integrate cluster resources, promote the rational flow of innovation elements among enterprises, strengthen the trust based on,It is necessary to strengthen the standardization of market environment, to be alert to market environmental risk, to construct industrial alliance and to set up standard competition consciousness.Finally, the limitations and prospects of this study are put forward.
