网络能力、知识异质性对大学生创业成长的影响研究

【摘要】:大学生新创企业往往会面临着诸如合法性缺失、资源获取不足、信息不对称等新创企业固有劣势(liability of newness),其中,获取资源的数量不足和质量不高使得大学生新创企业的发展举步维艰。中国转型经济背景下,市场交易制度尚不完善,市场交易存在着很大的不确定性,因此有必要从其他角度研究如何获取大学生创业成长所必需的资源。研究发现,创业者通过身边的网络关系获取创业资源不仅价格低廉,而且所获资源本身具有一定的稀缺特性,于是,网络关系成为新创企业获取资源的“救命稻草”。同时,全球知识经济时代的到来,使得企业更希望通过自身的异质性知识取得竞争优势,这样的竞争优势具有难以模仿特性,可以构成企业的核心竞争力。大学生新创企业作为一种网络型组织,在与同学、老师、合作伙伴、竞争者、政府以及顾客等网络主体的互动过程中可以获得创业所需的各种异质性知识,而且所获知识异质性水平的高低也会给大学生创业带来不同效果。因此,本研究从大学生的网络能力角度入手,发掘新创企业构建和管理外部网络关系的能力,及其对创业过程中知识异质性、创业成长的影响机制。本研究首先以创业网络理论、网络能力理论、创业理论以及创业知识理论等为基础,对网络能力、知识异质性以及创业成长的基本理论进行阐述。然后,在相关理论和以往研究成果的基础上,对大学生的网络能力、知识异质性以及创业成长的概念进行论述,并分析三者之间的逻辑关系,给出研究假设,得出研究模型。再依据大学生创业过程中独特的网络需求特性,将大学生的网络能力划分为网络构建能力和网络管理能力两个维度,将知识异质性划分为理论知识异质性和社会知识异质性,并以江苏、安徽以及上海等地310家大学生新创企业为样本,运用SPSS和AMOS统计软件,利用结构方程模型探讨了大学生的网络能力、知识异质性和创业成长的关系,旨在为解决大学生创业过程成长性不足的问题提供建议。实证结果显示:网络构建能力和网络管理能力对大学生创业的理论知识异质性和社会知识异质性影响显著;理论知识异质性对大学生创业成长有积极影响,而社会知识异质性对大学生创业成长影响不显著。
[Abstract]:College students' start-ups often face inherent disadvantages such as lack of legitimacy, inadequate access to resources, asymmetric information, and so on.The lack of quantity and quality of resources makes the development of college students'new enterprises difficult.Under the background of China's transition economy, the market transaction system is not perfect and there is great uncertainty in the market transaction. Therefore, it is necessary to study from other angles how to obtain the necessary resources for the entrepreneurial growth of college students.It is found that entrepreneurs can obtain entrepreneurial resources through the network relationship around them not only at a low price, but also because of the scarcity of the resources themselves. Therefore, the network relationship has become the "life-saving straw" for new enterprises to obtain resources.At the same time, with the advent of global knowledge economy, enterprises want to obtain competitive advantages through their own heterogeneous knowledge, which is difficult to imitate and can constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises.As a kind of network organization, college students' new enterprises can acquire all kinds of heterogeneous knowledge needed in the process of interaction with students, teachers, partners, competitors, governments and customers, etc.Moreover, the level of knowledge heterogeneity will bring different effects to college students' entrepreneurship.Therefore, from the point of view of college students' network ability, this study explores the ability of constructing and managing the external network relationship of new enterprises, and its influence mechanism on knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth in the process of entrepreneurship.Based on the entrepreneurial network theory, network capability theory, entrepreneurship theory and entrepreneurial knowledge theory, this study first expounds the basic theories of network capability, knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth.Then, on the basis of relevant theories and previous research results, this paper discusses the concepts of network ability, knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth of college students, analyzes the logical relationship between them, and gives the research hypotheses and the research model.Then according to the unique characteristics of network demand in the process of college students' entrepreneurship, the network ability of college students is divided into two dimensions: network construction ability and network management ability, and knowledge heterogeneity is divided into theoretical knowledge heterogeneity and social knowledge heterogeneity.Taking 310 new enterprises of college students in Jiangsu, Anhui and Shanghai as samples, using SPSS and AMOS software, this paper discusses the relationship among network ability, knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth of college students by using structural equation model.The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for solving the problem of insufficient growth in the process of university students' entrepreneurship.The empirical results show that the ability of network construction and network management have significant effects on the heterogeneity of theoretical knowledge and social knowledge of college students' entrepreneurship, and the heterogeneity of theoretical knowledge has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial growth of college students.However, the heterogeneity of social knowledge has no significant effect on the entrepreneurial growth of college students.
