NS燃气公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着我国的环保问题日益严峻,国家层面愈发重视可持续发展战略,在能源结构使用上也进行相应的调整。我国天然气行业中的西气东输、沿海地区建设LNG接收站、从国外进口LNG等都得到大发展,很大程度促进了燃气企业的升级发展。另一方面随着国家对公共行业的放开程度,外资、民营企业也积极加入到燃气行业竞争中。我国传统燃气企业在这样的背景下面临机遇与挑战,国有的传统的燃气企业直面外资与私营企业的插足竞争,必须掌握并运用竞争战略理论来参与市场竞争,提高企业的核心竞争力。NS公司是我国广东省一个区域的燃气企业,其经营区域客户结构以工商业客户为主,在能源市场上竞争非常激烈。随着市场上各种能源价格的波动,内外部环境的变化,潜在客户量相对减少,NS公司亟待突破挑战,创造机会,形成竞争优势,促进企业的可持续发展。本文以竞争战略为理论指导,以广东NS公司为实际企业案例,将理论分析与实际企业实例相结合,综合运用管理学、经济学、营销的理论及方法,针对国有燃气企业在可替代的能源竞争、同行竞争中如何进行企业的竞争战略布局、调整,以适应市场的变化,开拓市场,占有市场,获得利润。通过NS公司终端市场的激烈竞争案例,针对公司的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等分析,考虑到NS公司的市场情况,公司资源、经营现状等,选择适合的竞争战略,总结出适合该城市燃气企业参与市场竞争的战略。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious environmental protection problems in China, the national level pay more attention to the strategy of sustainable development, and adjust the energy structure accordingly.The gas transmission from west to east in natural gas industry in China, the construction of LNG receiving station in coastal areas and the import of LNG from abroad have greatly promoted the upgrading and development of gas enterprises.On the other hand, with the state opening up the public sector, foreign investment, private enterprises also actively participate in the gas industry competition.Under this background, the traditional gas enterprises of our country are faced with opportunities and challenges. The state-owned traditional gas enterprises must master and apply the theory of competitive strategy to participate in the market competition in the face of the competition between foreign capital and private enterprises.Improving the Core Competitiveness of Enterprises. NS Company is a regional gas enterprise in Guangdong Province. Its regional customer structure is dominated by industrial and commercial customers, and the competition in the energy market is very fierce.With the fluctuation of energy price in the market and the change of internal and external environment, it is urgent for NS Company to break through the challenges, create opportunities, form competitive advantages and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.This article takes the competition strategy as the theoretical guidance, takes Guangdong NS Company as the actual enterprise case, unifies the theory analysis with the actual enterprise example, synthetically uses the management, the economics, the marketing theory and the method,How to arrange and adjust the competitive strategy of state-owned gas enterprises in the competition of alternative energy and how to adjust to the changes of the market, open up the market, occupy the market and obtain profits.Through the case of intense competition in the terminal market of NS Company, according to the analysis of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and so on, considering the market situation, the company's resources, the current management situation, and so on, we should choose the appropriate competitive strategy.Summarize the strategy suitable for the city gas enterprises to participate in the market competition.
