网络组织的租金创造与租金分配研究

【摘要】：本文关注网络参与者的租金问题,从动态视角下的"资源""能力"要素剖析价值生态理念下的租金创造和租金分配实现机理。企业VRIO资源是私有租金和共有租金事前分配谈判的重要资源基础;作为企业获取持续租金的驱动力,创新能力是改变企业VRIO资源位和事后租金分配的重要力量;资源和能力的最终目标是转化为市场势力,具备市场垄断能力的企业拥有谈判议价权并能够攫取超额垄断利润。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the rent problem of network participants and analyzes the mechanism of rent creation and rent distribution under the ecological concept of value from the dynamic perspective of "resources" and "ability" elements.Enterprise VRIO resource is an important resource base for negotiation of private rent and common rent allocation, as the driving force of enterprise to obtain sustainable rent, innovation ability is an important force to change the level of VRIO resource and rent allocation afterwards.The ultimate goal of resources and abilities is to turn them into market forces. Enterprises with market monopoly have bargaining power and can seize excess monopoly profits.
