建设单位BIM应用障碍性分析与激励机制研究

【摘要】：BIM技术的出现使传统的建造模式得到了改变,使建筑业由粗放的发展模式向集约的发展模式转变。但是近几年BIM技术的应用并未在全国范围内得到推广,本文目的是找出建设单位应用BIM技术的主要障碍性因素,并根据障碍性因素的阻碍程度大小建立相应的激励机制。本文首先阐述了BIM技术在国内外的应用研究现状和激励机制相关理论。然后通过文献综述归纳总结了建设单位应用BIM技术的障碍性因素,并结合我国实际情况,对建设单位应用BIM技术的障碍性因素进行分类总结,构建了具有代表性的影响建设单位应用BIM技术的障碍性因素指标评价体系,并将指标体系分为技术类、管理类、规则类、经济类和环境类五个一级指标和多个二级指标。运用层次分析法确定现阶段我国建设单位应用BIM技术的障碍性因素指标的权重,从而找出BIM技术应用过程中主要障碍性因素。最后,分析了建设单位在应用BIM技术过程中,建设单位和政府的角色定位,从物质激励和精神激励两方面对建设单位自我发展激励机制进行构建,从税收优惠、财政补贴和技术支持三方面对政府保障激励机制进行构建,通过相应激励机制的构建,促进了建设单位BIM技术应用。
[Abstract]:The appearance of BIM technology has changed the traditional construction mode and changed the construction industry from extensive development mode to intensive development mode.However, in recent years, the application of BIM technology has not been popularized in the whole country. The purpose of this paper is to find out the main obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology in construction units, and to establish the corresponding incentive mechanism according to the degree of obstacle factors.This paper first describes the application of BIM technology in domestic and foreign research and incentive mechanism theory.Then through literature review summarized the obstacle factors of the application of BIM technology in construction units, and combined with the actual situation in China, classified and summarized the obstacle factors of the application of BIM technology in construction units.A representative evaluation system of obstacle factors affecting the application of BIM technology in construction units was constructed, and the index system was divided into technical category, management class, rule class, economic class and environment category, and a number of secondary indicators.The weight of obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology in the construction units of our country is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the main obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology are found out.Finally, this paper analyzes the role orientation of the construction unit and the government in the process of applying BIM technology, constructs the self-development incentive mechanism of the construction unit from two aspects of material incentive and spiritual incentive, and gives tax preference to the construction unit.The government guarantee incentive mechanism is constructed from three aspects of financial subsidy and technical support. Through the construction of the corresponding incentive mechanism, the application of BIM technology in the construction unit is promoted.
