高技术研究机构与衍生企业关系研究

【摘要】：大众创业已成为时代最强音,迫切要求科研人员加快创业步伐。衍生企业是高技术研究机构科技成果转化的重要载体,而其与母体之间的关系深刻影响自身发展。基于制度理论和资源基础理论,构建衍生企业与母体关系分析框架。利用中科院长春光机所、深圳先进院、苏州纳米所、西安光机所案例,归纳了衍生企业与母体的一体式、合同式、平台式、生态式4种关系模式,总结为点、线、面、体的发展关系,提出高技术研究机构衍生企业分类管理政策建议。
[Abstract]:Mass entrepreneurship has become the strongest voice of the times, and scientists are urgently required to speed up the pace of entrepreneurship.Derivative enterprises are important carriers for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in high-tech research institutions, and the relationship between them and their parent bodies has a profound impact on their own development.Based on institutional theory and resource-based theory, this paper constructs a framework for the analysis of relationship between derivative enterprises and their parent bodies.By using the cases of Changchun Optical Machinery Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Advanced Institute, Suzhou Nano Institute and Xi'an Optical Machinery Institute, this paper sums up four kinds of relationship models of derivative enterprises and their parent bodies: integrated, contract, platform, ecological, and summarized as point, line and surface.In this paper, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the classification and management of high-tech research institutions derivative enterprises.
