技术创新对中国机电产业国际竞争力的影响研究

【摘要】:当前,全球制造业竞争态势正在发生重大改变,一方面发达工业国家开始实施制造业回流,大力发展高端制造,另一方面发展中国家利用人口红利和资源优势积极承接国际产业转移,加快国际化步伐。而我国经济发展面临着下行压力,人口红利逐渐消失,面对国内外的双重压力,增强制造业生产水平,真正提升我国制造业国际竞争力,是我国应对国内外新环境新问题的解决之道。机电产业在我国制造业出口贸易中占据着举足轻重的地位,加之机电产品大多拥有较多技术含量和较高的产品附加值,大力发展机电产业对增强我国制造业国际竞争力的具有重要意义,而该产业的技术密集型特征也决定了技术创新在推动机电产业竞争力提升中的重要地位。虽然我国近年来高度重视对技术创新的投入与扶植,创新的直接成果也十分显著,但与发达国家相比,不管是从创新投入绝对量还是投入强度看,依然有较大的差距。本文基于先前学者们的研究,利用1996-2014年的数据进一步分析了技术创新的开发、技术的吸收与转化、以及技术创新的外部支持条件对机电产业竞争力的影响和作用大小,并简要探讨了市场竞争、产业规模、外商投资和国有经济等因素对机电产业的影响。结果表明技术创新水平在当期对机电产业竞争力具有显著的提升作用但这种影响不可持续,说明机电产业国际竞争力的提升需要不断进行创新投入。此外技术创新的消化吸收过程存在时滞,在第二期对产业竞争力有显著促进作用,而创新的外部支持条件对产业竞争力的影响并不显著,说明财政的支持力度和外部融资条件尚未成为推动我国机电产业发展的力量。市场竞争和产业规模的形成都有助于机电产业竞争力提升,而国有经济的参与对机电产业发展有负面影响。
[Abstract]:At present, major changes are taking place in the competitive situation of global manufacturing industries. On the one hand, developed industrial countries are beginning to implement manufacturing backflow and vigorously develop high-end manufacturing.On the other hand, developing countries take advantage of the demographic dividend and resource advantages to actively undertake international industrial transfer and accelerate the pace of internationalization.However, the economic development of our country is facing downward pressure, the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing, and in the face of the double pressure at home and abroad, the level of manufacturing production is enhanced, and the international competitiveness of our manufacturing industry is really enhanced.It is the solution to the new environment and new problems at home and abroad.The electromechanical industry plays an important role in the export trade of China's manufacturing industry, coupled with the fact that most of the mechanical and electrical products have more technical content and higher added value of products.It is of great significance to develop mechatronic industry to strengthen the international competitiveness of our manufacturing industry, and the technology-intensive characteristic of this industry also determines the important position of technological innovation in promoting the competitiveness of electromechanical industry.Although our country attaches great importance to the investment and support of technological innovation in recent years, the direct results of innovation are also very remarkable, but compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap in terms of the absolute amount and intensity of investment in innovation.Based on the previous research, this paper makes further analysis of the development of technological innovation, the absorption and transformation of technology, and the influence and effect of external support conditions of technological innovation on the competitiveness of mechanical and electrical industry by using the data from 1996 to 2014.The influences of market competition, industrial scale, foreign investment and state-owned economy on the mechanical and electrical industry are discussed briefly.The results show that the level of technological innovation has a significant effect on the competitiveness of mechanical and electrical industry in the current period, but this impact is not sustainable, indicating that the promotion of international competitiveness of mechanical and electrical industry needs continuous innovation input.In addition, there is a lag in the process of digestion and absorption of technological innovation, which has a significant effect on industrial competitiveness in the second phase, while the external support conditions of innovation have no significant impact on industrial competitiveness.It shows that financial support and external financing conditions have not yet become the power to promote the development of China's mechanical and electrical industry.Market competition and the formation of industrial scale are helpful to enhance the competitiveness of mechanical and electrical industry, while the participation of state-owned economy has a negative impact on the development of mechanical and electrical industry.
