国网昌吉供电公司企业文化落地实践研究

【摘要】:面对激烈的电力市场竞争、艰难的电力体制改革,电力行业迎来了经营的挑战。电力企业若要继续保持以往的良好发展态势,企业文化落地实践、深入践行变得刻不容缓。纵观昌吉供电公司企业文化落地实践历程,虽然已取得了一定成效,但随着售电侧放开、社会化招聘的扩大,供电公司内外部形势、人员结构发生重大变化,企业文化落地实践工作遭遇到了瓶颈,企业文化效能下降。本论文从国家电网公司文化战略发展的要求、先进单位典型经验分析出发,对昌吉供电公司企业文化落地实践的现状进行了盘点,在理论研究、深度访谈、问卷调查等基础上进行了问题剖析、原因分析,由此提出了解决问题的思路和建议。首先,针对昌吉供电公司企业文化落地实践存在各基层单位间发展不均衡问题,由此产生工作效率、经营效益的不均衡或状态不佳现象,阐述了强化“短板”管理、均衡开展企业文化落地实践的重要意义。其次,就基层单位对企业文化落地实践理解存在误区现象进行了解读,并对这种现象带来的后果进行探究和分析,化解操作层与管理层之间的矛盾冲突,畅通文化落地实践路径。再次,针对人数占比越来越多的新员工企业文化认同感不足的问题进行原因分析,丰富企业文化落地实践载体,采取更具针对性的落地方式。最后,结合国网昌吉供电公司内外形势、实践调查,就目前公司企业文化落地实践过程中遭遇的瓶颈问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决措施,并对企业文化落地实践的再提升、再优化,进一步强化企业文化的实践效果,凸显企业文化对企业发展的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Facing the fierce power market competition and the difficult electric power system reform, the electric power industry ushered in the management challenge.If the electric power enterprise wants to keep the good development situation in the past, it is urgent for the enterprise culture to fall into practice.Throughout the enterprise culture of Changji Power supply Company, although some achievements have been made, with the opening of the power sales side, the expansion of socialized recruitment, the internal and external situation of the power supply company, the personnel structure has undergone significant changes.Corporate culture landed in practice encountered a bottleneck, corporate cultural efficiency declined.Based on the requirements of the cultural strategy development of the State Grid Company and the typical experience of the advanced units, this paper makes an inventory of the present situation of the corporate culture landing practice in Changji Power supply Company, and makes an inventory of the present situation of the corporate culture landing practice in Changji Power supply Company.On the basis of questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the problems and causes, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions to solve the problems.First of all, in view of the problem of unbalanced development among the grass-roots units in Changji Power supply Company's corporate culture practice, this paper expounds how to strengthen the "short board" management.Balanced development of corporate culture landing practice is of great significance.Secondly, this paper interprets the misunderstanding phenomenon in the practice understanding of corporate culture, and analyzes the consequences of this phenomenon, and resolves the conflict between the operation layer and the management.Unimpeded cultural landing practice path.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of corporate cultural identity of new employees, which enrich the carrier of corporate culture landing practice and adopt a more targeted approach to landing.Finally, combined with the internal and external situation of Changji Power supply Company of National Network, the paper analyzes the bottleneck problems encountered in the course of corporate culture landing practice, puts forward the corresponding solutions, and further promotes the practice of corporate culture landing.Then optimize, further strengthen the practical effect of corporate culture, highlight the role of corporate culture to promote the development of enterprises.
