基于组织惯例的组织创新持续内生机理研究评述

【摘要】:近年来,组织惯例领域逐渐明确了一个观点,即代表组织最基本属性特征和组织实现工作和目标根本手段的组织惯例具有自我变革性而且是组织创新的基础和来源,该观点颠覆了传统由外而内、自上而下的组织创新理论,创新性地提出组织创新代表了改进组织管理理念、方法或程序的一种持续内生性状态.本文对组织惯例及其与组织创新的关系等相关研究进行梳理发现,组织惯例之所以具有变革性以及能够促成组织内生性创新,根源在于组织惯例的认知性核心构成即组织共享基模和共同行动倾向,揭示了组织惯例形成和演化过程与组织创新的内在关系以及组织创新持续内生性机理,为构建自下而上的组织创新理论奠定了基础.
[Abstract]:In recent years, the field of organizational practice has gradually made clear a point of view that organizational practices, which represent the most basic attributes of the organization and the fundamental means of achieving the work and objectives of the organization, are self-transformative and the basis and source of organizational innovation.This view overturns the traditional theory of organizational innovation from outside to inside, from top to bottom, and creatively proposes that organizational innovation represents a continuous endogenetic state of improving organizational management concepts, methods or procedures.In this paper, the author analyzes the relationship between organizational practices and organizational innovation, and finds that organizational practices are transformative and can promote endogenous organizational innovation.The root lies in the cognitive core composition of organizational practice, namely, organization sharing model and common action tendency, which reveals the internal relationship between the formation and evolution of organizational practice and organizational innovation, and the sustainable endogenesis mechanism of organizational innovation.It lays a foundation for constructing the bottom-up theory of organizational innovation.
