LMZ公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:企业实施战略管理的目的是为了应对不断变化、竞争日益加剧的整体经营环境,保持长期生存和不断发展,而对企业的发展方向进行的总体规划。然而多年以来,国内企业界对于战略管理的重要性一直未给予充分的认识,现实中由于企业缺乏战略管理意识和战略管理能力而导致的管理决策失误比比皆是,从而导致国内企业的整体寿命较短,其中以制造业中的中小企业最为严峻。作为中国酒店日用品之都的扬州市杭集工业园内有着为数众多的酒店日用品生产企业,近年来由于受到国内外经济结构调整的影响,这些企业的生存环境变得越来越复杂,竞争也越来越激烈。专业从事酒店日用品生产和销售的LMZ公司自2004年在杭集工业园成立以来,虽然期间发展一直较为顺利,但是和行业内的其他企业一样,在发展的过程中也不断的遇到一些问题的困扰,因此在这种情境下,就有必要促使企业从战略的高度来考虑解决这些问题。本文正是在这种背景下根据企业战略制定的过程,对处于原发性产业集群、属于传统制造业类型中的LMZ公司所处的外部宏观环境和行业环境分别运用PEST和五力进行了系统的分析,对内部环境分别从财务状况、物质资源、人力资源和组织资源四个方面进行了系统的分析,然后使用SWOT将内外部分析结果有机结合,并提出了备选战略方案,同时根据LMZ公司的现状进行了战略定位,并从近期、中期和远期三个时间阶段制定了战略目标,再进一步结合企业现行战略进行调整制定了合适的主要发展战略,最后对这些战略实施保障措施进行了阐述。本文旨在通过将战略管理理论及方法应用在LMZ公司的发展过程中来获得或提升公司的核心竞争力,以达到延长企业的生命周期,实现可持续发展的目标,同时也为这些数量众多、给中国的经济增长和解决就业等做出了重大贡献的广大制造型中小企业提供相应的战略管理理论应用方面的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The purpose of implementing strategic management is to cope with the changing and increasingly competitive overall operating environment, to maintain long-term survival and continuous development, and to carry out the overall plan for the development direction of the enterprise.However, for many years, the importance of strategic management has not been fully recognized by the domestic business community. In reality, the mistakes in management decisions caused by the lack of strategic management awareness and ability of enterprises are everywhere.As a result, the whole life span of domestic enterprises is shorter, in which SMEs in manufacturing industry are the most severe.As the capital of hotel commodities in China, Yangzhou Hangzhou Hangzhou Industrial Park has a large number of hotel commodity manufacturers. In recent years, due to the influence of economic restructuring at home and abroad, the living environment of these enterprises has become more and more complex.The competition is also getting fiercer and fiercer.LMZ, which specializes in the production and sale of hotel commodities, has been developing smoothly since its establishment in Hangzhou Industrial Park in 2004, but like other enterprises in the industry,In the process of development, there are also some problems, so it is necessary to urge the enterprise to solve these problems from the strategic perspective.It is under this background that this paper, according to the process of enterprise strategy formulation, is in the primary industrial cluster.The external macro environment and industry environment of LMZ Company, which belongs to the traditional manufacturing industry, are analyzed systematically by using PEST and Wuli, respectively, and the internal environment is analyzed from the financial situation and material resources, respectively.Four aspects of human resources and organizational resources are systematically analyzed, and then the internal and external analysis results are organically combined with SWOT, and an alternative strategic plan is put forward. At the same time, according to the current situation of LMZ Company, the strategic positioning is carried out, and in the near future,In the middle and long term, the strategic objectives are formulated, and the appropriate main development strategies are formulated in combination with the adjustment of the current strategy of the enterprise. Finally, the implementation of these strategies is expounded.The purpose of this paper is to apply the theory and method of strategic management to the development process of LMZ Company to obtain or enhance the core competitiveness of the company, in order to prolong the life cycle of the enterprise and realize the goal of sustainable development.At the same time, it also provides reference to the application of strategic management theory for the large number of manufacturing SMEs, which have made great contributions to the economic growth and employment of China.
