论发展混合所有制经济的客观规律——兼谈《关于深化国有企业改革的指导意见》的学习体会

【摘要】：从马克思主义唯物史观方法论来看,发展混合所有制经济是生产社会化发展规律、资本社会化发展规律和市场经济体制从"自发"到"自觉"演变规律的内在要求。资本主义混合所有制经济以私有制为主体,与三大规律的内在要求之间存在不可克服的矛盾,因此不可避免地周期性地出现经济危机和社会危机。我国发展混合所有制经济,根本目的是为了发展壮大公有制经济。
[Abstract]:According to the methodology of Marxist historical materialism, the development of mixed ownership economy is the law of socialization of production, the law of socialization of capital and the inherent requirement of the law of evolution of market economic system from "spontaneous" to "conscious".There is an insurmountable contradiction between the capitalist mixed ownership economy with the private ownership as the main body and the internal requirements of the three laws, so the economic crisis and the social crisis inevitably occur periodically.China's development of mixed ownership economy, the fundamental purpose is to develop and strengthen the public sector of the economy.
