【摘要】:在经济发展的推动下,在日益激烈的市场竞争中企业要想获得优势地位,脱颖而出,科学开发管理人力资源就是最为有效的途径,而就开发企业人力资源而言,员工培训属于最为重要方式,其具备使员工潜能开发到最大化的功能,促进人才比重提高,实现企业整体人力资源素质的最终提升,使人力资源向推动企业发展真正转化。XY供电公司属于特大型中央企业,不稳定和较为滞后为目前员工培训维持的状态,而公司正处于变革组织架构的重要时期,此时,企业的市场竞争力受滞后的培训工作影响是不容质疑的。为顺利迎接建设国网公司“五大体系”挑战,为使员工培训效率和效益进一步提高,开始认真探究XY供电公司员工培训体系,以期把经验和方法总结出来,从而指点公司以后的培训工作。本文首先对与培训相关的基本理论进行阐述,在与理论结合基础上,对相关指标数据确定,并对XY供电公司目前人力资源现状进行分析,找出公司人力资源管理的特性之处。基于此,对公司培训工作现状进行进一步分析,把存在于培训工作中的问题找出,具体就是存在相对滞后的培训观念、培训匮乏针对性等等。其次,以组织架构变革为基础,优化设计XY供电公司员工培训体系,具体就是分析培训需求、确立优化目标、优化整合培训资源等等内容。然后论述基于变革组织架构下,如何开展员工培训工作,具体阐述的着眼点就是组织培训工作,确保培训工作的实施、评估培训工作的效果,以员工培训工作如何具体开展,才能与变革企业组织架构适应,对实现公司战略目标发挥出促进作用,把自己的建议与设想提出,最后在结束语中归纳总结出论文,分析不足之处,同时把有待后续研究问题提出。理论结合实践的方法被运用在本论文之中,分析供电公司传统培训观念等,并以变革组织架构为针对对象,探究相应培训体系如何优化,这在完善与健全XY供电公司员工培训工作上,凸显了一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Under the impetus of economic development, scientific development and management of human resources is the most effective way for enterprises to gain advantages and stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition, and in terms of developing enterprises' human resources, Staff training is the most important way, which has the function of maximizing the potential of employees, promoting the proportion of talents, and realizing the final improvement of the overall human resource quality of the enterprise. The real transformation of human resources to promote enterprise development. XY power supply company belongs to the super large central enterprise, which is unstable and lagging behind in the current state of employee training, while the company is in an important period of changing the organizational structure, at this time, The market competitiveness of enterprises is affected by the lagging training work. In order to meet the challenge of "five systems" of building the national network company smoothly, in order to further improve the efficiency and benefit of staff training, we begin to explore the training system of XY power supply company seriously, with a view to summing up the experience and methods. In order to guide the company in the future training work. In this paper, the basic theory related to training is first expounded. Based on the combination of theory and theory, the relevant index data are determined, and the current human resource situation of XY power supply company is analyzed to find out the characteristics of human resource management in XY power supply company. Based on this, this paper further analyzes the current situation of the company's training work, and finds out the problems existing in the training work, such as the relatively lagging training concept, the lack of pertinence of the training, and so on. Secondly, based on the change of organization structure, the author optimizes and designs the staff training system of XY power supply company, specifically analyzes the training demand, establishes the optimization goal, optimizes the integration of training resources, and so on. Then it discusses how to carry out employee training based on the organizational structure of change. The specific focus is to organize training work, ensure the implementation of training work, evaluate the effect of training work, and how to carry out employee training work in detail. Ability to adapt to change the organizational structure of the enterprise, to achieve the strategic objectives of the company play a promoting role, put forward their own suggestions and ideas, and finally concluded in the conclusion of the paper, analysis of deficiencies, At the same time, the problems to be studied in the future are put forward. The method of combining theory with practice has been applied in this paper to analyze the traditional training concept of power supply company and to explore how to optimize the corresponding training system with the change of organization structure as the object. This in perfect and perfect XY power supply company staff training work, highlighted certain reference value.
