论企业知识产权经营与管理效率提升的理论路径

【摘要】：企业知识产权经营和管理效率是企业在知识产权经营活动和管理活动取得的成效与支出成本间的比例,表征经营、管理活动的成效高低,由知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理效率构成了企业知识产权经营与管理效率提升的内容。而从发展的过程来说,不同指标发展程度、不同组合形成了企业知识产权经营与管理效率的不同特征,以及由低到高的Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型模式的进阶制。企业应当以理论提升路径为指引,建立知识产权经营与管理效率提升的阶梯进路。
