JR公司核心完争力提升的策略研究

【摘要】:超硬材料工具在多个新兴工业材料加工领域中具有“工业牙齿”的作用,助推我国航空、高铁、汽车、电子等支柱产业实现转型升级,促进机械、轴承等行业的发展,是21世纪大有发展潜力的精密加工工具,在我国发展迅速。在此背景下,超硬材料工具行业也面临着激烈的竞争,尤其高端精密工具的市场份额长期被世界发达国家的先进企业占据,与此同时,随着行业巨头进入中国市场,在国内纷纷成立合资或独资企业,国内传统超硬材料工具制造企业如果不能快速实现转型升级,是很难与之竞争抗衡的,企业如何不断培育和提升自身的核心竞争力,并拥有持续的竞争优势,变得十分紧迫和重要。本论文选取了 JR超硬材料工具制造公司作为研究对象,首先从核心竞争力定义和内涵出发,梳理总结核心竞争力理论,以此作为制定JR公司核心竞争力提升策略的理论基础;接下来运用PEST分析工具和波特五力模型,深入分析公司面临的宏观环境和行业竞争环境,指出公司面临的机遇和挑战。同时从公司的组织结构、经营现状、产品结构、技术创新四个维度对JR公司内部环境进行探究,指出公司自身的优势和劣势;然后在内外部环境分析基础上进行SWOT综合分析,并运用价值链分析法找寻JR公司价值增值较大环节的关键能力,再根据核心竞争力的判别标准提炼出公司的核心竞争力,通过分析发现JR公司目前的核心竞争力是技术创新;最后为了保持和提升核心竞争力,本文根据公司的背景特点和实际情况,通过相关资源的聚焦战略实现公司的战略目标,并为其选择核心竞争力提升路径,制定核心竞争力提升的策略。另外还提出了核心竞争力提升的保障措施,在公司保持持续的竞争优势的同时,推进信息化建设、强化市场营销、加强文化建设,将公司劣势转为优势。本论文研究的重点是如何保持并提升JR公司的核心竞争力。为此,在学习总结核心竞争力理论的基础上,实地考察JR公司,搜集公司的经营数据和相关资料,并运用多种分析工具开展研究。本文的研究内容能够为国内其他超硬材料制品企业提供可借鉴的经验,使其通过培育和提升自身的核心竞争力,更好的实现转型升级,拥有持续竞争力。
[Abstract]:Super hard material tools have the role of "industrial teeth" in many new industrial materials processing fields, helping to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's aviation, high-speed rail, automobile, electronics and other pillar industries, and to promote the development of machinery, bearings and other industries. Is the 21 st century has the development potential precision processing tool, develops rapidly in our country. In this context, the super-hard material tools industry is also facing fierce competition, especially the market share of high-end precision tools has long been occupied by advanced enterprises in developed countries, at the same time, as the industry giants enter the Chinese market, Joint ventures or sole proprietorship enterprises have been set up in China one after another. If domestic traditional super-hard material tool manufacturing enterprises can not quickly realize the transformation and upgrading, it is very difficult to compete with them. How to continuously cultivate and enhance their core competitiveness, And has a sustained competitive advantage, become very urgent and important. In this paper, JR Superhard material tool Manufacturing Company is selected as the research object. Firstly, from the definition and connotation of core competence, the core competence theory is summarized, which is the theoretical basis for formulating the promotion strategy of core competence of Jr company. Then, using the PEST analysis tool and Porter's five-force model, the paper deeply analyzes the macro environment and the industry competition environment faced by the company, and points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the company. At the same time, this paper probes into the internal environment of Jr company from four dimensions of organizational structure, management status, product structure and technological innovation, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the company itself, and then makes a comprehensive analysis of SWOT on the basis of internal and external environment analysis. The value chain analysis method is used to find the key ability of the value added link of Jr company, and then the core competence of the company is extracted according to the criterion of the core competence. Through the analysis, it is found that the core competence of Jr company is technological innovation. Finally, in order to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness, according to the company's background characteristics and actual conditions, through the focused strategy of related resources to achieve the strategic objectives of the company, and choose a path to enhance the core competitiveness for the company. Develop strategies to enhance core competitiveness. In addition, the paper also puts forward the safeguard measures to enhance the core competence. While maintaining the continuous competitive advantage, the company promotes the information construction, strengthens the marketing, strengthens the cultural construction, and turns the inferiority of the company into the advantage. This paper focuses on how to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of Jr. Therefore, on the basis of studying and summarizing the theory of core competence, we investigate Jr Company on the spot, collect the company's management data and relevant information, and use various analytical tools to carry out the research. The research content of this paper can provide reference experience for other super hard material products enterprises in China, so that they can achieve better transformation and upgrade and have sustainable competitiveness by cultivating and improving their core competitiveness.
