果蔬双渠道供应链库存控制研究

【摘要】:当前,随着电子商务发展成熟和消费不断升级,线上线下与现代物流结合在一起的新零售业将更加符合未来商业发展的趋势。供应链上的各节点企业纷纷开辟线上渠道实行多渠道运营,以满足消费者日益多元化的需求。但是果蔬供应链的渠道多元化并没有解决果蔬流通中的高损耗和高成本问题,不论是传统零售渠道还是生鲜电商渠道,果蔬供应链面临的流通效率低、盈利困难等问题依然严峻。本文分别讨论果蔬双渠道集中式供应链和果蔬双渠道分散式供应链的库存控制模型,旨在解决以下问题:(1)求解变质率服从三维Weibull分布和储存费用时变的果蔬双渠道集中式供应链和果蔬双渠道分散式供应链的最优库存策略。(2)分析果蔬的最优库存策略因变质率的不同而产生的变化;分析价格敏感性果蔬与价格不敏感性果蔬最优库存策略的区别;分析双渠道中渠道间的交叉价格敏感系数对果蔬双渠道供应链库存策略产生的影响;分析储存费用变化对果蔬双渠道供应链订货周期和供应链整体利润的影响程度。为解决上述问题,本文按照以下思路展开研究。首先,分别分析果蔬双渠道集叶中式供应链和果蔬双渠道分散式供应链的库存水平变化,建立其库存控制模型。其次,对模型进行求解,对于果蔬双渠道集中式供应链而言,总存在其最优库存策略;对于果蔬双渠道分散式供应链而言,由于模型的复杂性本文利用算法进行求解。最后,通过数值模拟仿真发现,面临同样的市场条件,果蔬双渠道集中式供应链的最优订货周期小于果蔬双渠道分散式供应链的最优订货周期,但其供应链的整体利润大于后者。通过对模型中相关参数进行灵敏度分析,发现相同价格条件下变质率越大的果蔬,其双渠道供应链的最优订货周期更短,供应链整体利润更低;自身价格敏感性越高的果蔬,其供应链的订货周期越长,供应链利润越小;渠道间价格敏感性越高,则果蔬双渠道供应链的订货周期越短,供应链利润越大;储存费用提高会导致果蔬双渠道供应链的订货周期和整体利润都减小。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of e-commerce and the continuous upgrading of consumption, the new retail business, which combines online and modern logistics, will be more in line with the trend of future commercial development. Each node enterprise in the supply chain has opened up online channels to carry out multi-channel operation to meet the increasingly diversified needs of consumers. However, the diversification of supply chain does not solve the problem of high loss and high cost in fruit and vegetable circulation. Whether it is traditional retail channel or fresh electricity channel, the efficiency of fruit and vegetable supply chain is low. Profit difficulties and other problems remain severe. In this paper, the inventory control models of fruit and vegetable dual channel centralized supply chain and fruit and vegetable dual channel decentralized supply chain are discussed respectively. The purpose of this paper is to solve the following problem: (1) to solve the optimal inventory strategy of the dual channel centralized supply chain of fruit and vegetable with three dimensional Weibull distribution and time-varying storage cost, and the decentralized supply chain with two channels of fruits and vegetables.) to analyze the optimal inventory policy of fruits and vegetables. A slight change due to the difference in the rate of deterioration; The differences between price-sensitive fruits and vegetables and price-insensitive optimal inventory strategies are analyzed, and the influence of cross-price-sensitive coefficient between two channels on the inventory strategy of two-channel supply chain is analyzed. The effect of storage cost on ordering cycle and overall profit of supply chain was analyzed. In order to solve the above problems, this paper carries out the research according to the following ideas. Firstly, the inventory level changes of the Chinese supply chain and the decentralized supply chain are analyzed, and the inventory control model is established. Secondly, the model is solved, for the fruit and vegetable dual channel centralized supply chain, there is always its optimal inventory strategy; for the fruit and vegetable dual channel decentralized supply chain, due to the complexity of the model, this paper uses the algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, through numerical simulation, it is found that the optimal ordering period of the two-channel centralized supply chain is smaller than that of the two-channel decentralized supply chain under the same market conditions. But the overall profit of its supply chain is larger than the latter. Through the sensitivity analysis of the related parameters in the model, it is found that the higher the deterioration rate is, the shorter the optimal ordering period of the two-channel supply chain is, and the lower the overall profit of the supply chain is, the higher the price sensitivity of the fruit and vegetable is, the higher the price sensitivity of the fruits and vegetables is. The longer the supply chain order cycle, the smaller the supply chain profit, the higher the price sensitivity between the channels, the shorter the ordering period of the two-channel supply chain, the greater the supply chain profit. The increase of storage cost will result in the decrease of order cycle and overall profit of the double-channel supply chain of fruits and vegetables.
