城市快递行业青年员工工作及生活情境实证调查

【摘要】：2016年10月起,中国青少年研究中心对北京、重庆、广州、常州、马鞍山五个城市的一线快递员群体进行了抽样调查,丰富了对新兴特殊行业青年群体的研究;同时,本文运用相关理论阐释和分析了我国城市中快递员群体的生存现状及城市融入等问题,希望可以为快递行业的规范化、快递行业员工的培训与心理援助等提供指导性意见,为政府工作提供重要的参考依据。
[Abstract]:In October 2016 , the Chinese Youth Research Center conducted a sampling survey on the first - line express group of five cities in Beijing , Chongqing , Guangzhou , Changzhou and Ma On Shan , which enriched the study of the youth groups in the emerging special industries . At the same time , this paper explained and analyzed the current situation and urban integration of the express personnel group in the cities of our country by using the relevant theories . It is hoped that the guidance opinions can be provided for the standardization of the express industry , the training and psychological assistance of the express industry employees , and the important reference basis for the government work can be provided .
