M公司研发项目管理流程优化研究

【摘要】:M公司是是为了抢占中功率激光设备市场注册成立的由于公司新成立不久,各项制度不完善以及项目流程未能很好地梳理,所以在研发项目管理流程上存在很大问题。通过对研发项目管理流程的优化,在保障产品质量的前提下,提高研发速度,缩短产品开发周期,从而提升产品竞争力,这对于M公司具有重大意义。同时,本文将传统企业中获得的方法论,这对于其他科技企业在研发管理流程上,也有一定的借鉴意义。目前M公司的研发项目管理流程存在需求定位不准确,质量控制过程不完善,开展质量监管工作困难等问题。为了解决M公司在新产品研发项目管理的问题,本文对M公司新产品研发项目管理进行优化。本文从M公司研发部门新产品研发的项目管理入手,分析了阻碍研发项目管理的瓶颈和问题。通过借鉴国内外新产品研发项目管理的先进经验,基于PMO设计了一套针对M公司研发项目管理问题的交互式研发项目管理模型。本文还制定了研发项目管理流程优化方案,并分析了方案实施的细节问题,提出了进一步完善的思路。通过对M公司新产品研发项目进行管理流程的优化,对M公司的研发产品线进行了实施,实践证明,M公司研发部门新产品项目管理大大的提高,M公司管理者和研发人员的工作效率及责任心,使流程化研发项目管理思想深入人心,也减少了不必要的项目管理障碍和沟通冲突,增强了员工满意度,同时项目研发的成功率也大大的提高,企业取得良好的绩效。
[Abstract]:M company is in order to seize the middle power laser equipment market registration and establishment because of the company's new establishment the system is not perfect and the project process is not well combed so there are many problems in the R & D project management process. Through the optimization of R & D project management process, it is of great significance for M Company to improve the R & D speed and shorten the product development cycle under the premise of ensuring product quality. At the same time, the methodology obtained in traditional enterprises is used for reference in R & D management process of other science and technology enterprises. At present, the R & D project management process of M Company has some problems, such as inaccurate demand orientation, imperfect quality control process, difficult quality supervision and so on. In order to solve the problem of R & D project management of M Company, this paper optimizes R & D project management of M Company. Starting with the project management of R & D department of M Company, this paper analyzes the bottlenecks and problems that hinder R & D project management. Based on the advanced experience of R & D project management of new products at home and abroad, a set of interactive R & D project management model for R & D project management of M Company is designed based on PMO. This paper also formulates the research and development project management flow optimization plan, analyzes the detail question of the scheme implementation, and puts forward the further consummation thought. By optimizing the management process of M Company's new product R & D project, the R & D product line of M Company has been implemented. Practice has proved that the new product project management of R & D department of M Company greatly improves the efficiency and responsibility of the managers and R & D personnel, and makes the thought of flow R & D project management deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. It also reduces unnecessary project management obstacles and communication conflicts, enhances employee satisfaction, at the same time, project R & D success rate is also greatly improved, enterprises achieve good performance.
