网络一致性、组织沟通与知识交换整合能力

【摘要】：本文运用社会网络方法,引入正式网络与非正式网络一致性概念,研究了知识交换整合的前因及形成机理。实证结果表明:随着正式顺序工作流网络和非正式咨询网络一致性增加,知识交换整合能力减弱;随着正式互动工作流网络和非正式咨询网络一致性增加,知识交换整合先提高后减弱,两者之间存在倒U型曲线关系;组织沟通在形成知识交换整合能力的过程中发挥中介机理作用。该结论是对以往研究的有力补充,也对企业从正式与非正式网络互动方面提升知识交换整合能力有重要指导。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the concept of consistency between formal and informal networks by means of social networks, and studies the antecedents and formation mechanism of knowledge exchange integration. The empirical results show that with the increase of the consistency of formal sequential workflow network and informal consulting network, the ability of knowledge exchange integration weakens, while the consistency of formal interactive workflow network and informal consulting network increases. Knowledge exchange integration increases first and then weakens, and there is an inverted U curve relationship between them, and organizational communication plays an intermediary role in the process of forming the ability of knowledge exchange integration. This conclusion is a powerful supplement to the previous research, and also has important guidance for enterprises to improve the ability of knowledge exchange and integration from the formal and informal network interaction.
