BF食品有限公司绩效管理存在的问题和对策研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,伴随着中国经济的飞速发展,企业也面临着愈来愈大的竞争压力,在这样激烈的竞争环境下,企业如何能立足不败之地,这需要企业不断发掘自身的竞争优势。绩效管理作为企业人力资源管理的核心,其重要性不言而喻。企业如能建立一套科学合理的绩效管理体系,不仅对企业战略目标的实现有重要意义,同时也是企业极具竞争力的软实力。目前,我国许多企业都尝试在公司内部推行绩效管理制度,但多数结果差强人意。BF公司作为一个成立多年的老公司,在绩效管理制度推行几年之后,也遇到了诸多的难题。为解决这些问题,本文在对相关绩效管理理论研究的基础上,对比国内外绩效管理现实情况,对BF公司现行的绩效管理问题进行了探讨和研究。本文首先引用了绩效管理的相关概念,对比国内外研究现状,介绍了目前BF公司内部绩效管理运行的相关情况,在采用深度访谈和问卷调查的基础上,对BF公司现行的绩效管理制度存在的问题进行全面分析,找出原因,然后结合公司实际情况,运用目标管理法、层次分析法等提出包括绩效指标、绩效流程、沟通反馈、实施保障等相应的优化方案,以此来完善BF公司的绩效管理体系。本文将BF公司作为研究对象,通过一系列研究得出相关结论,希望能为我国当前中小企业面临的绩效问题提供一种管理新思路。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, enterprises are also facing increasing competition pressure. In such a fierce competitive environment, how can enterprises stand in an invincible position, which requires enterprises to constantly explore their own competitive advantages. Performance management as the core of human resources management, its importance is self-evident. If an enterprise can establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system, it is not only important for the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise, but also a very competitive soft power. At present, many enterprises in our country try to implement the performance management system within the company, but most of the results are unsatisfactory. BF company, as an old company established for many years, has encountered many problems after the implementation of the performance management system for several years. In order to solve these problems, on the basis of the relevant performance management theory research, compared with the actual situation of performance management at home and abroad, this paper discusses and studies the current performance management problems of BF Company. In this paper, we first cite the relevant concepts of performance management, compare the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduce the current internal performance management of BF company, based on the use of in-depth interviews and questionnaires. This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in BF company's current performance management system, finds out the reasons, and then, combining with the actual situation of the company, using the method of objective management and analytic hierarchy process, puts forward some suggestions, including performance indicators, performance process, communication and feedback, etc. To perfect BF company's performance management system by implementing the corresponding optimization scheme such as guarantee. In this paper, BF Company is regarded as the object of study, and through a series of studies, the relevant conclusions are drawn, hoping to provide a new way of management for the performance problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
