F公司SAP生产计划的实践研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化以及信息技术的迅猛发展,企业间的竞争日益加剧,越来越多的企业面临产能瓶颈、库存堆积、零件短缺,生产力低下等一系列问题,改进现有的生产计划业务系统显得极为紧迫和必要。为响应竞争激烈的市场要求,功能强大的SAP生产计划系统在物料需求计划和制造资源计划的基础上发展起来,为制造业公司提供了全面的生产计划的解决方案,可以对公司的在制品及产成品的库存、设备计划能力、生产计划MRP、设备能力计划、生产成本等实现高效管理,使企业降低在制品及产成品库存,保证原材料及时供应,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,及时完成产量目标。F集团是一家独立的全球工业集团,主要致力于汽车零件的设计、生产和销售,产品供应主机场配套市场和售后维修市场。本文首先对F公司传统生产运作管理的现状进行分析,同时探讨其生产计划流程和执行过程中存在的问题。其次,结合国内外在生产计划和控制研究方面的先进理论技术,设计了 F公司的SAP生产计划模式。然后,本文从SAP的生产计划流程优化、生产计划数据库的建立、SAP生产计划执行控制改善和F公司的SAP拉动式生产四方面对F公司进行了实践和改善,该方案使生产计划灵活可见,有效指导了车间作业排序,提高了订单的准时交货率,合理控制了库存水平。最后,对本文所取得的成果进行总结,每个企业要充分分析各自生产计划中存在的实际问题,并结合先进的生产计划与控制的管理技术、流程和系统,设计出符合企业自身的生产计划的解决方案,使公司朝着精益化的方向发展,从而提高企业的综合竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more serious. More and more enterprises are facing a series of problems, such as capacity bottleneck, inventory accumulation, parts shortage, low productivity and so on. Improving the existing production planning business system is extremely urgent and necessary. In response to the fierce competition of the market, the powerful SAP production planning system is developed on the basis of material requirement planning and manufacturing resource planning, which provides a comprehensive production planning solution for manufacturing companies. We can manage the inventory, equipment planning ability, production plan MRP, equipment capacity plan, production cost of WIP and finished products, so as to reduce the inventory of WIP and finished products, and ensure the timely supply of raw materials. Improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, timely completion of production targets. F Group is an independent global industrial group, mainly engaged in the design, production and sales of automotive parts, products to supply the main airport supporting market and after-sales maintenance market. In this paper, the current situation of traditional production operation management in F Company is analyzed, and the problems existing in the production planning process and execution process are discussed at the same time. Secondly, the SAP production planning model of F Company is designed by combining the advanced theory and technology of production planning and control research at home and abroad. Then, this paper has carried on the practice and the improvement to F company from four aspects of SAP production plan flow optimization, production plan database establishment, SAP production plan execution control improvement and F company SAP pull production. This scheme makes the production plan flexible and visible, effectively instructs the scheduling of workshop jobs, improves the on-time delivery rate of orders, and reasonably controls the inventory level. Finally, this paper summarizes the achievements of this paper, each enterprise should fully analyze the actual problems in their respective production plans, and combine with advanced production planning and control management technology, processes and systems, Design the solution that accords with the enterprise's own production plan, make the company develop in the direction of lean, so as to improve the enterprise's comprehensive competitive power.
