股权激励、高管创新动力与创新能力——企业文化的调节作用

【摘要】：高管创新动力和高管创新能力影响并决定着企业的创新发展。本文基于高阶理论和公司治理理论,深入探讨股权激励对高管创新动力、高管创新能力的影响以及高管创新动力的中介作用,并进一步研究企业创新型文化和官僚型文化对上述关系的调节作用。本文以182家中国制造业和高新技术企业数据为样本,用实证研究方法构建概念模型,并通过回归分析验证相关假设。研究结果表明,高管创新动力能够促进高管创新能力的发挥和提升;高管创新动力中介股权激励与高管创新能力间的关系;企业创新型文化正向调节股权激励与高管创新动力间的关系,官僚型文化负向调节股权激励与高管创新动力、高管创新动力与高管创新能力间的关系。研究结论为企业实施股权激励、促进高管创新能力提升以实现企业创新发展提供了一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Executive innovation power and executive innovation ability influence and determine the innovation and development of enterprises. Based on higher order theory and corporate governance theory, this paper probes into the influence of equity incentive on executive innovation power, executive innovation ability and the intermediary role of executive innovation motivation. And further study the role of innovation culture and bureaucratic culture in regulating the above-mentioned relationship. Based on the data of 182 Chinese manufacturing and high-tech enterprises, this paper constructs a conceptual model with empirical research method, and verifies the relevant assumptions by regression analysis. The results show that executive innovation motivation can promote the development and improvement of executive innovation ability, and the relationship between equity incentive and executive innovation ability. Enterprise innovation culture positively regulates the relationship between equity incentive and executive innovation motivation, bureaucratic culture negatively adjusts equity incentive and executive innovation motivation, and between executive innovation motivation and executive innovation ability. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of equity incentive and the promotion of executive innovation ability in order to realize the development of enterprise innovation.
