创业激情对机会识别信念的影响机制研究

【摘要】:创业活动是国家和地区经济发展的引擎,而创业机会研究是创业研究中的关键所在。早期关于创业机会理论的研究主要的关注点是创业者的特质,探索非创业者与创业者之间特质的不同。由于创业者之间特质的差异比较会让问题复杂化,经过创业特质研究困境的反思之后,创业研究逐渐从创业者特质论转向创业过程视角,因此,创业机会识别的识别、评价、开发过程成为重要的创业研究主题。创业激情在创业实践中被认为是创业者的重要品质,但创业激情在中国情境中的研究寥寥无几,因此,我们将创业激情引入创业机会识别的研究当中,填补国内相关理论研究的空白。同时,对创业机会识别的研究我们运用了机会识别信念来测量,以规避创业机会识别概念上的争论。对创业的实践过程我们提出以下几个问题:(1)创业机会的来源是怎样的?(2)创业者是如何从纷繁复杂的市场中探索出潜在的创业机会,进而对其进行开发及转化的?(3)对于处于同样技术和市场环境并且有着相同知识水平的创业者,为何有些能从中识别出机会而另一些不能?(4)面临同样的机会时,为何一些人会对实现这一机会充满自信而另一些人则犹豫徘徊?为了探索以上问题,本文研究了创业激情与创业机会识别之间的关系,并将创业自我效能和创业风险感知引入研究框架,更深入的了解创业机会识别的认知过程。本研究以研究创业激情对机会识别信念的认知过程为基础,在总结梳理创业激情、创业机会识别、创业自我效能以及创业风险感知的基础上,通过案例研究实证研究的方法,以22家高科技企业创业者访谈资料为案例研究样本,以79名创业者及148名职场人士填写的227份问卷作为实证分析样本,探索出创业激情对机会识别信念的关系,以及创业自我效能和创业风险感知在其中的认知作用,并通过研究得到以下结论:(1)较高的创业激情和创业自我效能有利于提升机会识别信念;(2)自我效能在创业激情与机会识别信念的关系中,起部分中介的作用;(3)较高的创业风险感知会降低激情对机会识别信念的促进作用,但负向作用有限;(4)对先前工作的复制以及发现未被满足的需求是机会的两大来源。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial activity is the engine of national and regional economic development, and entrepreneurial opportunity research is the key to entrepreneurial research. The main focus of the early research on entrepreneurial opportunity theory is the characteristics of entrepreneurs, exploring the differences between non-entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. Due to the difference between the characteristics of entrepreneurs will complicate the problem, after the reflection of the plight of entrepreneurial trait research, entrepreneurial research gradually from the entrepreneurial trait theory to the perspective of entrepreneurial process, therefore, the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, evaluation, The development process has become an important subject of entrepreneurship research. Entrepreneurial passion is considered to be an important quality of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial practice, but there are very few studies on entrepreneurial passion in Chinese context. Therefore, we introduce entrepreneurial passion into the research of entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Fill in the gap of domestic relevant theoretical research. At the same time, we use the opportunity recognition belief to measure the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition to avoid the controversy on the concept of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. We put forward the following questions about the practical process of entrepreneurship: (1) what is the source of entrepreneurial opportunities? (2) how do entrepreneurs explore the potential entrepreneurial opportunities from the complicated market? And then develop and transform it? (3) Why can some entrepreneurs who are in the same technology and market environment and have the same level of knowledge identify opportunities from them while others do not? (4) when faced with the same opportunities, Why do some people feel confident about realizing this opportunity while others hesitate to do so? In order to explore the above problems, this paper studies the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and introduces entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial risk perception into the research framework to better understand the cognitive process of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. This study is based on the cognitive process of entrepreneurial passion to the belief of opportunity recognition, on the basis of summing up entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial risk perception, through the empirical study of the method of case study. Based on the interview data of 22 high-tech enterprise entrepreneurs and 227 questionnaires filled out by 79 entrepreneurs and 148 professionals, the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity recognition belief was explored. And the cognitive role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial risk perception, The conclusions are as follows: (1) higher entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial self-efficacy are beneficial to promote the opportunity recognition belief; (2) Self-efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity recognition belief. (3) higher entrepreneurial risk perception can reduce the promotion of passion to the belief of opportunity recognition, but the negative effect is limited; (4) the replication of previous work and the discovery of unsatisfied needs are the two major sources of opportunity.
