返乡创业生态系统实施框架研究——基于国家返乡创业试点地区的调研

【摘要】：本文融合生态学和创业生态系统理论,构建了农民工返乡创业生态系统实施框架。通过对国家返乡创业试点地区的调研,发现创业主体对创业要素的持续追求和获取是返乡创业生态系统的核心,创业环境对创业主体和创业要素的获取有直接或间接的影响作用,创业环境对创业主体的调节作用是主观与客观统一平衡的过程,而且,创业生态系统各维度之间呈现互动关系。据此,文章进一步论证了返乡创业生态系统的具体运行机制,即资源要素汇集机制、价值交换机制和平衡调节反馈机制,提出了促进农民工返乡创业的对策建议:激发返乡创业主体创新潜力、构建返乡创业生态系统要素平台以及强化返乡创业助力性制度环境的建设。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of ecology and entrepreneurial ecosystem, this paper constructs a framework for rural migrant workers to return to their hometowns. Through the investigation of the pilot area of returning home entrepreneurship, it is found that the continuous pursuit and acquisition of the entrepreneurial elements by the entrepreneurs is the core of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of returning home. The entrepreneurial environment has a direct or indirect effect on the acquisition of the entrepreneurial subject and the entrepreneurial elements. The adjustment of the entrepreneurial environment to the entrepreneurial subject is a process of subjective and objective unity and balance. There is an interactive relationship among the dimensions of entrepreneurial ecosystem. Based on this, the paper further demonstrates the specific operating mechanism of the returning home entrepreneurial ecosystem, namely, the mechanism of resource element gathering, the mechanism of value exchange and the mechanism of balance regulation and feedback. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the return of migrant workers to start their own businesses are put forward: to stimulate the innovation potential of the returning entrepreneurs, to build a platform of the elements of the returning home entrepreneurial ecosystem, and to strengthen the construction of the institutional environment of returning to their hometown to help them start their own businesses.
