产学研知识创新联盟界面管理研究——以HRT产学研知识创新联盟界面管理为例

【摘要】：产学研知识创新联盟是实施科技创新发展战略的重要途径,为创新成果的转移转化提供了直接的支持。联盟合作界面是由多个模块构成的运行系统,包括宏观、中观、微观三个运行子系统。宏观层面要对接顶层设计,中观层面要注重监督反馈,微观层面要注重交流共享。各个子系统都必须遵循整个界面系统的运行规则,坚持联盟的总目标,协同运行。联盟界面运行的起点在于模块结构的形成和准则的建立,实现目标的过程要伴随着动态机制的建设,推动知识的获取、创新、转移转化走向高端。
[Abstract]:The alliance of knowledge innovation between industry, university and research is an important way to implement the development strategy of science and technology innovation, which provides direct support for the transfer and transformation of innovation achievements. Alliance cooperation interface is a running system composed of several modules, including macro, meso and micro operation subsystems. The macro level should connect with the top level design, the middle level should pay attention to the supervision feedback, the micro level should pay attention to the exchange and sharing. Each subsystem must follow the operation rules of the whole interface system, adhere to the overall goal of the alliance, and work together. The starting point of the running of the alliance interface is the formation of the module structure and the establishment of the criterion. The process of realizing the goal must be accompanied by the construction of the dynamic mechanism, promote the acquisition, innovation, transfer and transformation of knowledge to the high end.
