产学研知识分工协同理论与实证研究

【摘要】：产学研协同创新的绩效可分为技术效应和规模效应。文章在探讨知识分工、知识协同与产学研创新的技术效应、规模效应与创新绩效关系的基础上,利用2000-2014年间的大学、科研院所及企业研发投入及创新成果的数据,通过DEA对产学研协同创新的技术效应、规模效应及创新绩效进行测算,利用Tobit模型进行实证。研究表明:知识分工与技术效应正相关,与规模效应负相关,与创新绩效呈倒U型关系;知识协同与技术效应、规模效应与创新绩效正相关;知识协同能够提升知识分工对技术效应正的边际贡献、降低知识分工对规模效应负的边际贡献,使得知识分工对创新绩效的边际贡献递增。
[Abstract]:The performance of collaborative innovation of industry, university and research can be divided into technical effect and scale effect. On the basis of discussing the technological effect, scale effect and innovation performance of knowledge division, knowledge synergy and innovation, the paper makes use of the data of R & D investment and innovation achievement of universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises from 2000 to 2014. The technical effect, scale effect and innovation performance of collaborative innovation between industry, college and research are measured by DEA, and Tobit model is used to make empirical analysis. The results show that: knowledge division is positively correlated with technological effect, negatively correlated with scale effect, and inversely U-shaped with innovation performance, knowledge synergy and technological effect, scale effect and innovation performance are positively correlated. Knowledge collaboration can enhance the positive marginal contribution of knowledge division to technological effect, reduce the negative marginal contribution of knowledge division to scale effect, and increase the marginal contribution of knowledge division to innovation performance.
