企业绿色供应链管理实践的影响因素研究——基于元分析方法的探索

【摘要】：随着环境污染、资源浪费及生态失衡问题成为全球关注的热点,绿色供应链管理成为实现企业可持续发展的重要运营策略,因此,研究影响企业绿色供应链管理实践的因素具有现实的意义。本文基于三重底线(TBL)、利益相关者理论,重构了绿色供应链管理实践影响因素的研究框架,将影响绿色供应链管理实践的因素划分为社会系统、生产系统、消费系统、环境系统。运用元分析研究方法,综合37篇相关实证研究文献,对三类影响因素和绿色供应链管理实践的关系强度做了系统地分析,并进一步探讨经济发展水平和行业变量对其的调节作用。元分析结果发现:生产系统因素与企业绿色供应链管理实践正相关关系强度最大,社会系统因素次之,消费系统因素最小;三类因素对内部环境管理、绿色设计、绿色采购、绿色回收各实践环节也具有不同程度的影响;企业所在行业对两者之间的关系起到调节作用,而经济发展水平的调节作用则不明显。这表明,企业绿色供应链管理实践受到社会系统因素、生产系统因素和消费系统因素不同程度的推动作用,其作用强度受到行业因素的影响。因此,我们的研究以更细微的视角洞察企业绿色供应链管理实践的影响因素,丰富了三重底线理论在绿色供应链管理研究中的应用,是对该领域当前文献的一个有益补充。本研究得到的结论有利于政府有的放矢,制定出有针对性的促进政策;企业也可以结合自身所受到的影响因素和内部资源约束,优化企业绿色供应链管理实践组合,以获得更好的经济、社会和环保效益。
[Abstract]:With the problems of environmental pollution, resource waste and ecological imbalance become the focus of global attention, green supply chain management has become an important operational strategy to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. It is of practical significance to study the factors that affect the practice of green supply chain management in enterprises. Based on the triple bottom line (TBL) and stakeholder theory, this paper reconstructs the research framework of the influencing factors of green supply chain management practice, and divides the factors into social system, production system, consumption system and environment system. By using meta-analysis method and synthesizing 37 relevant empirical literatures, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the relationship between three factors and the practice of green supply chain management. And further explore the level of economic development and industry variables on its regulatory role. The results of meta-analysis show that the positive correlation between the factors of production system and enterprise green supply chain management is the largest, the social system factor is the second, the consumption system factor is the least, and the three kinds of factors are internal environment management, green design, green purchase, etc. The practice of green recycling also has different degrees of influence; the industry of enterprises plays a regulatory role in the relationship between the two, but the regulatory role of economic development level is not obvious. This indicates that the practice of green supply chain management in enterprises is promoted by social system factors, production system factors and consumption system factors to varying degrees, and its action intensity is influenced by industry factors. Therefore, our research has a more subtle perspective on the influencing factors of enterprise green supply chain management, enriches the application of triple bottom line theory in green supply chain management, and is a useful supplement to the current literature in this field. The conclusion of this study is helpful for the government to make a targeted promotion policy. Enterprises can also optimize the combination of green supply chain management practices with their own influence factors and internal resource constraints. To achieve better economic, social and environmental benefits.
