考虑知识发送方异质性的工程企业知识存量影响因素及驱动机制研究

【摘要】:随着我国重大工程活动日益大型化、复杂化、集成化,重大工程的创新也呈现出了多学科、多领域、多地区交叉渗透的特点,因此工程创新的难度和水平也日益提升。工程的创新活动,始终遵循着"工程导向、业主培育、企业主体、多方支撑"的创新特点,即围绕着工程目标,由业主集合高校、科研单位,向企业进行技术转移,以增加企业的技术知识,提升企业的创新能力。而这种重大工程中的技术转移活动,本身就是一个以提升企业知识存量为目标的、发生在"官、产、学研"中的知识转移活动。这个知识转移活动,会受到多种因素的影响,这些因素会直接或者间接地对企业地知识存量产生作用。首先,本文利用文献阅读的方法,从知识特性、知识发送方特性、知识接收方特性和知识转移情景四个维度,对影响重大工程创新中的知识转移的因素进行了提炼和总结。其次,基于多案例地研究,对于重大工程创新中的知识转移过程进行了分析,在这个知识转移过程中,业主培育知识转移情景,高校、科研单位作为知识的发送方,企业作为知识的接收方。但是,在重大工程的实践中,针对一个工程课题,业主往往会集合几家高校和科研院所对企业进行培育,也就是说,重大工程创新中的知识转移问题,不再是一个"点对点"的知识转移问题,而是一个"多对一"的知识转移问题。鉴于高校、科研院所在科研条件、基础设施、社会使命等方面的不同,知识输出方在知识存量、知识输出能力、知识输出意愿上也会有所差异,这种差异最终会影响到企业的知识存量。因此,本文基于文献阅读和多案例分析的结果,结合系统动力学理论,构建了重大工程创新中的知识转移的系统动力学模型,并进一步利用VINSIM软件进行了仿真。该模型是一个"多对一"的知识转移模型,分析了多个影响因素对于企业知识存量的驱动机制,并进一步模拟了知识发送方在知识存量、知识输出意愿、知识输出能力上存在差异的情况下,企业知识存量如何变化。文章最后结合仿真结果,以提高企业知识存量为目标,提出相应意见和建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of large-scale, complex and integrated engineering activities in China, the innovation of major projects has shown the characteristics of multi-discipline, multi-field and multi-area cross penetration, so the difficulty and level of engineering innovation are also increasing. The innovative activities of the project always follow the innovative characteristics of "engineering orientation, owner cultivation, enterprise main body, multi-support", that is, around the project goal, the owner gathers universities and scientific research units to transfer technology to the enterprise. In order to increase the technical knowledge of enterprises, enhance the innovative ability of enterprises. This kind of important engineering technology transfer activity itself is a knowledge transfer activity in "official, industry, study and research", which aims at improving the enterprise knowledge stock. This knowledge transfer activity will be affected by many factors, which will directly or indirectly affect the enterprise's knowledge stock. Firstly, using the method of literature reading, this paper abstracts and summarizes the factors influencing knowledge transfer in major engineering innovation from four dimensions: knowledge characteristics, knowledge sender characteristics, knowledge receiver characteristics and knowledge transfer scenarios. Secondly, based on the multi-case study, the process of knowledge transfer in major engineering innovation is analyzed. In the process of knowledge transfer, the owner cultivates the situation of knowledge transfer, and universities and scientific research units act as the sender of knowledge. The enterprise acts as the receiver of knowledge. However, in the practice of major projects, in view of a project, the owners often gather several universities and scientific research institutes to cultivate enterprises, that is, the knowledge transfer problem in the innovation of major projects. It is no longer a point-to-point knowledge transfer problem, but a long-to-one knowledge transfer problem. In view of the differences in scientific research conditions, infrastructure, social mission and so on in universities and scientific research institutes, the knowledge exporting parties will also have differences in the knowledge stock, the knowledge output ability, the knowledge export willingness, etc. This difference will eventually affect the enterprise's knowledge stock. Therefore, based on the results of literature reading and multi-case analysis, combined with the theory of system dynamics, the system dynamics model of knowledge transfer in major engineering innovation is constructed, and the simulation is carried out by using VINSIM software. This model is a "many-to-one" knowledge transfer model. This paper analyzes the driving mechanism of multiple influencing factors on the enterprise knowledge stock, and further simulates the knowledge sender's willingness to output knowledge in the knowledge stock. How to change the enterprise knowledge stock when there are differences in knowledge output ability. Finally, combined with the simulation results, the paper puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions in order to improve the enterprise knowledge stock.
