连锁董事网络对二元创新的影响研究

【摘要】：创新是企业持续发展的动力源泉,企业创新根据组织战略的主动性可以分为探索式创新与开发式创新两类。连锁董事指一个人同时在两家或者两家以上的企业兼任董事或者高管,该内容的学术研究主要起源于上个世纪初,其理论基础主要有:资源依赖理论、互惠理论、管理控制理论。本研究以连锁董事日渐普及,创新逐渐重要为背景。在竞争不断加剧的环境中,创新不仅仅是一个帮助企业进一步发展的手段,有时会关系到一个企业的生死存亡。增强创新能力是企业应对竞争、获取竞争优势的重要举措,而企业创新资源获得的渠道,在企业创新行为的选择过程中起着举足轻重的作用。连锁董事的建立,扩大了企业获取资源的渠道。本文的研究重点是将连锁董事与企业创新结合起来,利用社会网络分析法,研究连锁董事网络对企业创新的影响。第二章对连锁董事、连锁董事网络及创新、二元创新等有关理论以及研究现状进行了归纳总结。第三章是实证研究模型的设计和数据的处理部分,本部分主要是概念模型的提出以及针对研究对象连锁董事网络与探索式创新与开发式创新提出了六个研究假设。并对本研究所采用的自变量、因变量、控制变量进行了描述。本研究所采用的自变量是:董事直接连接、董事间接连接、中间中心度、接近中心度;因变量是开发式创新、探索式创新。为了控制企业规模、企业研发投入等对创新的影响,加入了营业总收入、资产总计、所有者权益合计、研究人员数量、员工总数、硕士及以上员工六个控制变量。第四部分,概述了目前我国连锁董事现状、上市企业专利创新情况。通过对所获数据的统计结果,描述我国连锁董事现状,并运用用用社会网络分析法,构造国内上市企业连锁董事网并探索其网络特性。根据连锁董事的类别将连锁董事网络分为董事兼任网络、商管兼任网络,分别分析其网络特征;通过对所获取的专利数椐进行统计分析,对上市企业专利创新情况进行概述,利用专利所属领域的方法计算企业开发式创新与探索式创新,并对其进行统计分析。第五部分,根据研究假设,利用社会网络分析法、相关分析法对第三章所提出的研究假设进行验证。在研究连锁董事对于企业二元创新的影响时,采用我国上市企业连锁董事数据以及企业专利数据为样本,运用相关分析、固定效应负二项分析等方法将探究其对二元创新的影响,并加入控制变量,对相关分析结果进行检验。最后,根据实证结果,概括出本文的主要研究结论有:(1)连锁董事目前在我国已经引起了企业的足够重视。截止到2015年,在2814家上市企业中,拥有连锁董事的企业有2665家,占比高达94.7%;(2)开发式创新产出优于探索式创新;(3)企业连锁董事直接连接越多,越能够促进开发式创新产出。企业在对外合作,建立连锁董事时,尽可能地选择更多的合作伙伴十分重要,而不必局限于仅跟大企业或者对外开放程度较高的企业进行合作。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the motive power source of the continuous development of the enterprise. The initiative of enterprise innovation can be divided into two categories: exploratory innovation and development innovation. The chain director refers to a person who has two or more or more enterprises at the same time as directors or executives. The academic research of this content is mainly based on the theoretical foundation of the last century. There are mainly: resource dependence theory, reciprocity theory, management control theory. This study is increasingly popular with chain directors and innovation is gradually important. In the environment of increasing competition, innovation is not only a means to help the enterprise to further develop, but also related to the life and death of an enterprise. The important measures to compete and obtain competitive advantage, and the channel of enterprise innovation resources, play an important role in the selection process of enterprise innovation behavior. The establishment of chain directors has expanded the channels for enterprises to obtain resources. The focus of this paper is to combine the chain directors with enterprise innovation and use social network analysis. In the second chapter, the theory and research status of chain directors, chain directors network and innovation, two yuan innovation are summarized. The third chapter is the design of empirical research model and the processing part of data. This part is mainly the concept model and the research to the research. Six research hypotheses are proposed, such as the network of chain directors and exploratory and development innovation. The independent variables, dependent variables and control variables used in this study are described. The independent variables used in this study are direct connection of directors, indirect connections of directors, central degree, close to central degree, and exploration of variable innovation and exploration. In order to control the scale of enterprises and the impact of R & D investment on innovation, the total income, total assets, owner's equity, the number of researchers, the total staff, the master's and the above staff are six control variables. The fourth part summarizes the current situation of the chain directors in our country and the patent innovation of the listed enterprises. According to the statistical results of the data obtained, this paper describes the current situation of China's chain directors, and uses the social network analysis method to construct the network characteristics of the domestic listed companies and explore its network characteristics. According to the category of the chain directors, the network of the chain directors is divided into the network of directors and the network, and the network characteristics are analyzed respectively. According to the statistical analysis of the patent number, the patent innovation of the listed enterprises is summarized, and the enterprise development innovation and exploratory innovation are calculated by using the field of patent. The fifth part is based on the research hypothesis, using the social network analysis method and the related analysis method to the research false of the third chapters. In the study of the impact of the chain directors on the enterprise two yuan innovation, using the data of the chain directors of Chinese listed enterprises and the enterprise patent data as samples, using the correlation analysis and the fixed effect negative two analysis methods will explore the influence on the two yuan innovation, and add the control variables to test the results of the related analysis. Finally, according to the empirical results, the main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows: (1) the chain directors have already paid enough attention to the enterprises in our country. By 2015, there are 2665 enterprises with chain directors in 2814 listed companies, accounting for 94.7%; (2) development innovation output is superior to exploratory innovation; (3) enterprise chain directors The more directly connected, the more it can promote the development of innovative output. It is very important for the enterprise to choose more partners as much as possible in the cooperation of foreign cooperation and the establishment of a chain director, but not only to cooperate with a large enterprise or an enterprise with a higher degree of opening to the outside world.
