包容型领导测量及对员工工作繁荣、创造力之影响研究

【摘要】:以412名企业员工为样本所得出的包含开放、认可、宽容、共享和关怀5个维度23个项目的包容型领导具有良好的信度和效度,并且后续针对包容型领导影响员工工作繁荣和创造力的回归分析结果表明:包容型领导对员工在工作中的学习和活力体验、创造力具有显著正向影响,包容型领导各维度对以上3个变量的影响程度存在差异,其中开放的正向影响最强。
[Abstract]:Inclusive leadership with a sample of 412 employees, including 5 dimensions of openness, acceptance, tolerance, sharing and caring, has good reliability and validity. The results of regression analysis showed that inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on employees' learning and dynamic experience, and creativity had a significant positive impact on employees' work prosperity and creativity. The degree of influence of inclusive leadership on the above three variables is different, among which the open one has the strongest positive effect.
