知识密集型服务企业知识转移策略比较研究

【摘要】:知识密集型服务企业以知识作为提供物,是服务行业的一个重要分支。它基于知识的深入开发与应用,实现与客户进行知识共享和知识转移。本文尝试在分析KIBS具体流程特点的基础上,了解其知识转移过程,通过对两个典型企业的知识转移过程进行分析,进而对其可采用的知识转移策略予以比较研究,力求对身处此行业的企业有所启示。
[Abstract]:Knowledge-intensive service enterprise is an important branch of service industry. It is based on the in-depth development and application of knowledge to achieve knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer with customers. This paper attempts to understand the knowledge transfer process of KIBS on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of its specific process, and through the analysis of the knowledge transfer process of two typical enterprises, then makes a comparative study on the knowledge transfer strategies that can be adopted by the two typical enterprises. Strive to be in this industry of enterprises have enlightenment.
