A药厂新建项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济建设步伐加快,制药行业日益与国际接轨,运用科学的方法,在对药厂新建项目进行规律分析的基础上,进行有效的风险管理研究,是改革药厂新建项目安全管理体制的重大举措。本文首先对项目风险管理体系有关内涵进行了界定,然后对项目风险管理的定义、基本程序、基本方法等内容作了介绍,接下来又对药厂新建项目进行具体分析,对生产过程中产生的危险源进行了辨识,最后根据辨识出来的风险进行分析和评价,有效预防或采取规避的手段避免事故的发生。文章举例对药厂新建项目风险管理研究作具体介绍,尤其重点介绍了药厂新建项目风险管理中的层次分析法,并对其在实践中的具体应用作了较为详细的介绍。本文作者将风险管理指标体系和药厂新建项目结合在一块,在对新建药厂项目的风险进行定量和定性分析的基础上,借鉴国内外其他行业对风险管理研究的定量和定性研究成果,为药厂新建项目风险管理人员对系统的综合风险管理提供了崭新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the quickening pace of economic construction in our country, the pharmaceutical industry is increasingly in line with the international standards. On the basis of analyzing the regularity of the newly built projects in pharmaceutical factories, the effective risk management research is carried out by using scientific methods. It is an important measure to reform the new project safety management system of pharmaceutical factory. This paper first defines the connotation of the project risk management system, then introduces the definition, basic procedure, basic methods of the project risk management, and then makes a concrete analysis on the new project of pharmaceutical factory. The hazard sources produced in the production process are identified and analyzed and evaluated according to the identified risks in order to prevent or avoid accidents effectively. This paper introduces the risk management research of newly built project of pharmaceutical factory with examples, especially introduces the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in risk management of newly built project of pharmaceutical factory, and gives a detailed introduction to its application in practice. In this paper, the author combines the risk management index system with the new project of pharmaceutical factory, on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the risk of the new pharmaceutical plant project, Drawing lessons from the quantitative and qualitative research results of risk management in other industries at home and abroad, this paper provides a new way of thinking for the risk managers of newly built project of pharmaceutical factory to manage the comprehensive risk of the system.
