领导对创造力及创新绩效的影响机制研究综述

【摘要】:文章以CSSCI检索出的2001-2016年共16年的211篇有关领导对创造力、创新绩效的影响机制研究的文献作为研究对象,通过CiteSpaceⅢ、SATI3.2软件,对国内研究"领导与创新关系"的研究力量、研究热点及研究演化过程行了可视化分析。研究结果表明:从重点研究西方情境下的变革型领导到研究符合东方文化的家长式领导对创造力及创新绩效的影响机制;从单一层面关注领导如何影响创造力和创新绩效到跨层次选取变量研究领导对员工创造力、团队创造力和组织创新绩效的影响;从研究领导成员交换关系、心理授权、心理资本到关注更深层次的创新自我效能感、内在动机、组织自尊、组织公民行为、情景调节焦点等如何调节和中介领导与创造力、创新绩效的关系。
