科技企业发展阶段的创新特征及政策需求——基于企业生命发展周期理论视角

【摘要】：针对科技企业强政策需求的创业期、成长期、成熟期三个阶段,分析各阶段的创新特征(技术创新、市场创新、组织创新、战略创新模块在各阶段的组合演化路径);结合波特的钻石体系等理论,探讨科技企业各阶段对技术创新政策、科技金融政策、人才支持政策、创新环境政策的不同政策需求,为政府制定政策提供参考。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the three stages of strong policy demand of science and technology enterprises, such as start-up period, growth period and mature stage, this paper analyzes the innovation characteristics of each stage (technological innovation, market innovation, organizational innovation, etc.) Combining Porter's theory of diamond system, the different policy needs of technological innovation policy, science and technology finance policy, talent support policy, innovation environment policy in each stage of science and technology enterprises are discussed. To provide a reference for the government to formulate policies.
