CT集团战略风险管理研究

【摘要】：企业实行战略风险管理对提高运行效率和经营效益具有非常重要的作用。本文以战略管理、风险管理、决策管理等相关理论为理论基础,采用归纳总结法、比较分析法和案例分析法相结合的研究方法,按照战略风险识别、战略风险评价和战略风险控制三个步骤,对CT集团的战略风险管理和控制进行研究,构建了包括4个一级风险指标和13个二级风险指标在内的战略风险评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对CT集团的战略风险进行评价,建立CT集团战略风险决策模型,最终为CT集团进行风险控制提出了具体的决策方案,同时争取为其它企业的战略风险管理提供一定的借鉴。本文首先界定了战略风险的概念,阐述了战略风险的特征,之后重点从企业战略管理和企业运行两个方面阐述了战略风险的产生机理,为以后分析CT集团战略风险管理提供了重要的理论基础。在理论基础上,利用PEST、波特五力分析等分析方法对CT集团战略环境、战略路线进行分析,对CT集团的战略风险进行识别,并据此构建CT集团战略风险管理的指标体系。基于CT集团战略风险指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对CT集团的战略风险进行评价。最后,对CT集团的战略风险进行控制,建立CT集团战略风险决策模型,最终为CT集团进行风险控制提出了具体的决策方案。
[Abstract]:The implementation of strategic risk management plays a very important role in improving operational efficiency and operating efficiency. Based on the theories of strategic management, risk management, decision management and so on, this paper adopts the method of inductive summary, comparative analysis and case analysis to identify the strategic risk. Strategic risk evaluation and strategic risk control are three steps to study the strategic risk management and control of CT group, and a strategic risk evaluation index system, including 4 first-level risk indicators and 13 second-level risk indicators, is constructed. The strategic risk of CT group is evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the decision-making model of strategic risk of CT group is established. Finally, a specific decision scheme for risk control of CT group is put forward. At the same time, we try to provide some reference for the strategic risk management of other enterprises. This paper first defines the concept of strategic risk, expounds the characteristics of strategic risk, and then expounds the production mechanism of strategic risk from two aspects of enterprise strategic management and enterprise operation. It provides an important theoretical basis for future analysis of strategic risk management in CT Group. On the basis of theory, this paper analyzes the strategic environment and strategic route of CT group by using the methods of pest and Porter's five-force analysis, identifies the strategic risk of CT group, and constructs the index system of strategic risk management of CT group. Based on the strategic risk index system of CT group, the strategic risk of CT group is evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the strategic risk of CT group is controlled, and the decision-making model of strategic risk of CT group is established. Finally, the specific decision scheme is put forward for the risk control of CT group.
