武汉立中葛店医药装备制造公司车间现场7S管理应用研究

【摘要】:我国制药装备制造产业的起步较晚,从目前来看,也已逐渐成长发展成为具备一定规模和体系的、能基本保障我国人民经济发展需要的成熟产业。但是,与日美等国际一流的企业相比,我国制药装备制造产业仍然处于学习追赶的阶段,制造工艺粗放、车间现场精细化管理不足、基础管理薄弱都在影响着我国装备制造产业前进的步伐。车间现场作为生产企业创造效益的场所,现场环境脏乱差是效率低下、交期延误、质量不良和成本增加,发生事故的重要原因,是不良习惯的集中反映。国内很多制药装备制造企业逐渐认识到,车间现场的管理在设备生产质量管控中的重要性,现场管理水平的高低直接影响着制药装备的质量和性能的好坏。7S管理作为企业现场管理的基础,是通过一系列连续不断的持续改进活动,来实现对现场的员工、设备、物料、工艺流程、生产环境、安全等各个方面的改善,使各生产要素之间很好的配合,对企业增加收益,减少费用支出,降低资金占用,减少和制约生产过程中的各种消耗有着十分重要的意义。文章从7S现场管理理论的内容、工具和方法入手,选取了武汉市一家以制药装备制造为主的武汉立中葛店医药装备制造公司来说明7S管理的好处。首先,学习7S管理知识,深入了解7S管理思想,为自己的研究提供理论依据,并对我国制药装备制造企业所面临的问题背景进行了阐述,结合国内外在车间现场7S管理实践方面的成果,说明本文的研究方向。其次,明确了本研究的目的和意义,构建了本文的研究思路和框架,对车间现场7S管理的相关理论进行了回顾,并对国内外有关7S管理的研究成果进行梳理概括。再次,以武汉立中葛店医药装备制造公司车间现场为研究对象,对武汉立中葛店医药装备制造公司车间现状运用了定性和定量相结合的分析方法,指出该公司在车间现场管理过程中存在的问题,分析其问题产生的原因,并提出了应用7S管理的解决措施,接着组织实施,最后对应用实施取得的成效进行分析,总结经验教训,提出改进优化的对策建议。武汉立中葛店医药装备制造公司车间现场7S管理应用实践表明本研究所建立的7S管理应用方案,设计合理,使用方便,能为其它企业提供一些建设性的思路和方法。并提出了抓好宣传动员引导、提高上层领导的支持力度、考核与薪酬奖惩激励相结合促进7S推动、高层领导要深化现场巡查工作,加强监管力度等改进完善的政策建议,这些切实有效的建议,有一定的实用性和可操作性,对想提高现场基础管理水平的企业来说是大有裨益的。旨在帮助企业在现场管理方面更加得心应手,促进企业的蓬勃向上发展。希望本文进行的研究,可以为我国的装备制造企业,特别是制药装备制造企业在推行7S管理时提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:The pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing industry in our country started late, and has gradually grown into a mature industry with a certain scale and system, which can basically guarantee the needs of the economic development of our people. However, compared with Japan and the United States and other international first-class enterprises, the pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing industry in China is still in the stage of learning and catching up. The manufacturing process is extensive, and the on-site fine management of the workshop is inadequate. Weak basic management is affecting the progress of China's equipment manufacturing industry. The site of workshop is the place where the production enterprises create benefits. The site environment disorder is the important reason of low efficiency, delay of delivery, bad quality and increased cost, and it is the concentrated reflection of bad habits. Many domestic pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers have come to realize the importance of site management in the quality control of equipment production. The level of field management directly affects the quality and performance of pharmaceutical equipment. 7s management, as the basis of enterprise field management, is to realize the implementation of on-site staff, equipment, and materials through a series of continuous improvement activities. The improvement of technological process, production environment, safety, etc., so that the various factors of production can cooperate well, increase the income of the enterprise, reduce the expense of expenses, and reduce the occupation of funds, It is very important to reduce and restrict all kinds of consumption in production process. Starting with the content, tools and methods of 7s field management theory, this paper selects a Wuhan Lizhong Gedian Pharmaceutical equipment Manufacturing Company, which is based on the manufacture of pharmaceutical equipment, to explain the benefits of 7S management. First of all, study 7S management knowledge, deeply understand 7S management ideas, provide theoretical basis for their own research, and explain the background of the problems faced by our pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing enterprises. The research direction of this paper is explained by combining the domestic and foreign achievements in the field 7 s management practice of workshop. Secondly, the purpose and significance of this study are clarified, the research ideas and framework of this paper are constructed, the relevant theories of 7S management in workshop site are reviewed, and the research results of 7S management at home and abroad are summarized. Thirdly, taking the workshop of Wuhan Lizhong Gedian Medical equipment Manufacturing Company as the research object, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the present situation of Wuhan Lizhong Gedian Pharmaceutical equipment Manufacturing Company. This paper points out the problems existing in the process of workshop site management, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the solving measures of applying 7s management, then organizes the implementation, and finally analyzes the effect of the application and implementation. Summing up the experience and lessons, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the optimization. The application practice of 7s management in workshop of Wuhan Lizhong Gedian Medical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd shows that the 7S management application scheme established by this institute is reasonable in design and convenient in use, and can provide some constructive ideas and methods for other enterprises. It also puts forward some policy suggestions to improve and improve the policies, such as grasping propaganda, mobilizing guidance, improving the support of the upper leadership, combining the examination with the incentive of rewards and punishments, promoting 7S promotion, and the senior leaders should deepen the on-site inspection work, strengthen the supervision and so on. These practical and effective suggestions have certain practicability and maneuverability, and are of great benefit to enterprises that want to improve the level of on-site basic management. Aims to help the enterprise in the field management more handy, promotes the enterprise vigorous upward development. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference and reference for our country's equipment manufacturing enterprises, especially the pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing enterprises in carrying out 7s management.
