基于组织情境要素的内部创业模式分类研究

【摘要】：内部创业模式作为内部创业过程研究的重要方向,研究成果并不显著。从组织情境的角度探索企业内部创业模式的类型,采用扎根理论研究方法,理论抽样出11家企业作为研究样本,对这些企业内部创业的组织情境要素进行扎根分析,提取了"内部创业的组织情境"这个核心范畴,分为柔性组织情境和刚性组织情境两维度,进而基于内部创业的组织情境两维度构造出内部创业模式二维矩阵分类模型。根据分类模型,提出6种企业内部创业模式以及每种模式的内涵特征。企业可以依据对创业项目的定位和风险性的组合的不同选择合适的内部创业模式。
[Abstract]:As an important direction in the research of internal entrepreneurial process, the research results are not significant. From the perspective of organizational situation, this paper probes into the types of enterprise internal entrepreneurial model, and takes 11 enterprises as the research samples by using the method of rooted theory research, and analyzes the organizational situational elements of these enterprises' internal entrepreneurship. This paper extracts the core category of "organizational context of internal entrepreneurship", which is divided into two dimensions: flexible organizational situation and rigid organizational situation, and then constructs a two-dimensional matrix classification model of internal entrepreneurship model based on the two dimensions of organizational context. According to the classification model, this paper puts forward six kinds of internal entrepreneurial models and the connotative characteristics of each model. According to the orientation of the venture project and the combination of risk, the enterprise can choose the appropriate internal business model.
