JM公司创新发展关键因素研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the changes of external development environment brought by the changes of market environment at home and abroad have caused a great crisis to the survival and development of many small and medium-sized enterprises, especially those in traditional industries. In order to break through the present predicament, SMEs need to innovate constantly to maintain their competitive advantage in the market to cope with the increasingly uncertain market environment. How to identify the key factors of enterprise innovation development under the condition of continuous emergence of various innovation ways and increasing pressure and willingness of enterprise innovation is of great significance to reduce capital investment and reduce innovation risk in small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the theories of innovation, middle and low technology industries and their characteristics, and small and medium-sized enterprises' innovation and their characteristics, this paper investigates the innovation status of JM Company through a general questionnaire survey. Delphi method is used to identify the key factors of innovation and development of JM Company. After two rounds of Delphi questionnaire, through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the experts' opinions on the evaluation index of key factors of innovation and development of JM Company are obtained, and the key factors of innovation and development of JM Company are screened out. Among the four innovation factors, market innovation is the most important factor for the innovation and development of JM company, followed by organizational innovation, technological innovation and product innovation. According to the results of Delphi survey, the current innovation and development plan of JM is not suitable for the current situation of JM. JM's innovation emphasis should be shifted from product innovation to market innovation. In terms of the various factors of innovation, product innovation needs to be appropriately reduced, and the focus of process innovation is to cultivate the craftsmanship of employees. Market innovation needs to rely on Internet platform to tap the existing market potential on the basis of grasping customer demand. Organizational innovation needs to establish the entrepreneurial spirit of management.
