考虑多因素的J公司订货模型研究

【摘要】:在我国跨境电商企业的环境下,跨境贸易有着巨大的市场需求,由于需求量存在不确定性,企业对产品的订货量始终缺乏科学的管理方法。基本的经济批量订货模型只适用于一般情况下的产品,当考虑折扣因素时传统的订货模型无法适应企业的实际订货状况,而预算的限制又造成一些商品无法正常订货,严重的影响了公司的销售量。再者,当订货量增加时面对广告投放费用的约束,不但增加了成本还降低了利润。因此,建立在跨境电商企业的环境下考虑多因素的不同产品的带折扣订货模型,求解并给出最优订货量、最小成本和最大利润,为订货管理提供决策依据是本文需要解决的问题。本文首先对不同条件下的EOQ(Economic Order Quantity)的相关文献进行了认真梳理与分析,理清研究脉络,将其作为后续研究的理论基础。通过分析跨境电商J公司订货现状,总结目前商品订货管理的特征与存在的问题。分别讨论了在一般情况下的是否允许缺货的订货模型、带折扣的不同产品的订货模型和在促销活动情况下的具有预算与广告约束的订货模型,并利用MATLAB求解模型。通过将得出的订货策略应用到跨境电商J公司的实际订货中,分析结果显示所得模型能减少J公司的预算和广告,这为其控制总成本与提高利润提供依据,同时也为其他跨境电商企业提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the environment of our country's cross-border e-commerce enterprises, cross-border trade has a huge market demand. Because of the uncertainty of demand, the enterprises always lack scientific management methods for the order volume of products. The basic economic lot order model is only suitable for general products. When the discount factor is taken into account, the traditional order model can not adapt to the actual order situation of the enterprise, and the budget constraints cause some goods to be unable to order normally. The sales volume of the company was seriously affected. Moreover, when the order volume increases, faced with advertising cost constraints, not only increased costs but also reduced profits. Therefore, under the environment of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, the discounted ordering model of different products with multiple factors is established, and the optimal order quantity, minimum cost and maximum profit are obtained. To provide decision basis for order management is a problem to be solved in this paper. In this paper, the relevant documents of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) under different conditions are carefully combed and analyzed in order to clarify the research context and take it as the theoretical basis for further research. Based on the analysis of the order status of J Company, a cross-border e-commerce company, this paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of commodity order management at present. In this paper, we discuss the order model with budget and advertising constraints in general, the order model with different products with discounts and the order model with budget and advertising constraints in general, and use MATLAB to solve the model. The result shows that the model can reduce the budget and advertisement of J Company, which provides the basis for controlling the total cost and increasing the profit. At the same time also for other cross-border e-commerce enterprises to provide reference.
