创新联盟对创新能力、创新效率的影响研究

【摘要】：自2006年,为提升我国的自主创新能力,促进加快转变经济发展方式,实施创新驱动,推动国家向创新型国家发展,不断致力于建设以企业为主体、以市场为主导、产学研相结合的创新体系。创新作为民族进步的不竭动力,以一种新的姿态再次登上历史舞台。在“互联网+”行动指南及经济全球化的推动下,创新联盟以其技术创新、资源共享、风险共担的优势应运而生。近年来,国内外学者从不同的视角对创新联盟进行了探索,但均局限于产学研合作及产业技术创新联盟两个层面,从创新联盟自身特点出发,并探讨其对创新能力及创新效率的影响的研究较少。本文正是以创新联盟自身的特点出发,即从创新联盟成为立年限、创新联盟规模、创新联盟等级三个方面,通过结合创新理论、战略联盟理论、博弈论等,深入研究创新联盟三个自身特点对企业创新能力和创新效率的影响。为达到论文研究的目的,本文首先对国内外研究创新联盟(产业技术创新战略联盟、产学研合作、知识联盟)的相关文献进行了系统性的梳理,对创新联盟、创新能力、创新效率的相关概念进行了初步地界定,并对国内外现有研究进行了简要的评述;其次,以企业是否参与联盟和创新联盟的自身特点为出发点,结合战略联盟理论、创新理论和博弈论三个理论基础,分析企业参与创新联盟的必要性;最后,本文试图通过案例研究与实证研究相结合的方式,探讨创新联盟对创新能力和创新效率的影响。其中在进行探索性案例分析时,本文选取了创新联盟的三个典型类型作为研究对象,即产业技术创新战略联盟、产学研合作和知识联盟,通过对三个联盟案例的研究,得出了本文的研究假设;在实证研究时,本文通过选取贵州省181家企业2014年的创新数据(14个指标)作为研究对象,并运用SPSS16.0和DEAP2.1两种数据分析软件对181家企业的截面数据进行实证检验,并企图通过实证检验结果,提出企业提升创新能力和创新效率的合理性建议。研究结果显示,参与创新联盟的企业的创新能力和创新效率均高于未参与创新联盟的企业;创新联盟的自身特点对创新能力和创新效率的影响显著;RD投入在创新联盟对创新能力的影响过程中起调节效应。通过实证结果我们得出了相关主要结论,并根据结论提出了提升企业创新能力和创新效率的建议:(1)创新联盟层面政策建议;(2)企业自身层面建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, in order to promote the ability of independent innovation in our country, accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, implement the innovation drive, promote the development of the country into an innovative country, we have been devoting ourselves to the construction of enterprises as the main body and the market as the leading force. The innovation system of the combination of industry, education and research. Innovation, as the inexhaustible motive force of national progress, once again ascended to the historical stage with a new attitude. Under the impetus of "Internet" action guide and economic globalization, innovation alliance emerges as the times require because of its advantages of technological innovation, resource sharing and risk sharing. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have explored the innovation alliance from different perspectives, but both of them are confined to the two levels of industry-university-research cooperation and industrial technological innovation alliance, starting from the characteristics of the innovation alliance itself. There is little research on its influence on innovation ability and efficiency. This paper is based on the characteristics of innovation alliance itself, that is, from the three aspects of innovation alliance becoming the founding years, the scale of innovation alliance, the level of innovation alliance, the combination of innovation theory, strategic alliance theory, game theory, etc. The influence of three characteristics of innovation alliance on innovation ability and innovation efficiency is studied in depth. In order to achieve the purpose of the thesis, this paper firstly systematically combs the relevant documents of the domestic and foreign research and innovation alliance (industrial technological innovation strategic alliance, industry-university-research cooperation, knowledge alliance), and the innovation alliance, innovation ability. The related concepts of innovation efficiency are preliminarily defined, and the existing researches at home and abroad are briefly reviewed. Secondly, based on the characteristics of enterprises' participation in alliance and innovation alliance, the paper combines the theory of strategic alliance. Innovation theory and game theory are three theoretical bases to analyze the necessity of enterprises participating in innovation alliance. Finally, this paper attempts to explore the impact of innovation alliance on innovation ability and efficiency through the combination of case study and empirical research. In the exploratory case analysis, this paper selects three typical types of innovation alliance as the research object, namely, the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation, the cooperation of industry, college and research and the knowledge alliance, through the study of the three alliance cases. In the empirical study, 181 enterprises in Guizhou province in 2014 (14 indicators) were selected as the research object. The cross-section data of 181 enterprises are tested by SPSS16.0 and DEAP2.1, and the reasonable suggestions on how to improve innovation ability and efficiency are put forward. The results show that the innovation ability and efficiency of the enterprises participating in the innovation alliance are higher than those of the enterprises not participating in the innovation alliance. The characteristics of innovation alliance have a significant impact on innovation ability and innovation efficiency, and RD investment plays a regulating role in the process of innovation alliance's influence on innovation ability. Through the empirical results, we draw the relevant main conclusions, and put forward the following suggestions: (1) innovation alliance level policy recommendations; (2) enterprises' own level recommendations.
