基于“机会-资源一体化”的创业成长方式研究

【摘要】：突破创业双元性理论的局限性,以系统性视角提出"机会-资源一体化"新构念,同时将创业归结为机会与资源的整合行为,并将其分为内、外两种成长方式。基于此,运用多组案例对比的研究方法,比较在不同机会类型下,企业内、外两种成长方式的差异性,揭示了机会-资源一体化的内在运行机理,并构建了基于"机会-资源一体化"的创业流程图。
[Abstract]:This paper breaks through the limitations of the dual theory of entrepreneurship, and puts forward a new concept of "opportunity-resource integration" from a systematic perspective. At the same time, entrepreneurship is summed up as the integration of opportunity and resources, and it is divided into two growth modes: internal and external. Based on this, this paper compares the differences between the two growth modes within and outside the enterprise under different opportunity types by using the method of multi-group case comparison, and reveals the internal operating mechanism of opportunity-resource integration. And constructed based on "opportunity-resources integration" entrepreneurial flow chart.
